While these options might not change your gameplay as adjusting a Legendary Aspect would, but titles and emblems are a neat feature for adding some personality to 🐼your profile. This short guide will explain how you can access the profile customization menu and explain what each option does.

How To Customize Your Profile

Diablo 4 Profile Edit

You can customize your profile by opening your inventory and selecting the "Profile" option on the top-left of the menu. This will open a new int🐈erface that will let you adjust the follo♔wing:

  • Title: The name that appears under your character's name. These consist of one prefix and one suffix.
  • Emblem: A unique symbol that appears beside your profile in any social menu.
  • Privacy: Allow players to inspect your character, including their equipped gear. This is set to public by default. Setting this to private will only allow friends to view your character.

Titles

Diablo 4 Title Menu

You can view every prefix and suffix available to your character from this menu, letting you select any combination you like. This will display under your character in-game for all players to see. Titles are unlocked by completing in-game challenges, all of wh♑ich can be found in the Challenges tab of the Collections menu. Any challenge with a golden treasure chest on the top-right of the challenge card indicates that it awards some sort of title.

Earned tiles are account-wide and don't reset between seasons. Do note that some titles are time-sensitive or require you to play on Hardcore. For example, the "Voyager" title is only usable if you reached level 20 during the closed or open beta testing periods. These time-sensitive titles are located in the "🎃Feats of Strength" category of the Collections menu.

Emblems

Diablo 4 Emblems

Emblems add a unique symbol to your profile card that others can view from the Social tab. Emblems are only displayed in this Social tab; they aren't anchored next to your name like titles are. Everyone has three emblems to use by default. As of launch, there are no additional emblems for players to earn in-game.

Privacy

At the bottom of your profile customization tab is the ability to change your privacy. Your privacy setting determines who can inspect your profile in-game. This is set to p🐎ublic by de൲fault, allowing anyone to inspect your profile. Profiles showcase your username and current character, including any items you have equipped. Setting this to private means only your friends can inspect your character.
