Jargal will task you with finding his lost goat, Tuji, claiming that a merchant has stolen him and begun traveling towards Qara Yisu. Qara Yisu is one of the three Strongholds in the Dry Steppes, and must first be cleared before you can co🐬mplete the quest.

Clearing a Stronghold involves completing several named objectives to take back control of the area from Lilith's forces. To reclaim Qara Yisu, you must first destroy three Infernal Spires around the fortress. They are large red pillars of rock and are norma😼lly surrounded by enemies, a cou🍸ple of which will be Elites.

Once destroyed, you will be told to investigate the mine, which will require you to head North and defeat Utulku, a Forsaken♈ Shaman who will attack you will AoE lightning and Bil🐓efiends.

After the Stronghold has been reclaimed, you must locate Tuji's body, which is lying dead near a pile of rocks. Click on his body to receive a quest item called Tuji's Body which you must bring back to Jargal and inform him of his goat's demise. Despite his sadness, Jargal will reward you with Gold, Experience, Renown, and a randomised assortment of crafting materials for your efforts.
