Skill Effect

Description

Power Trainer

3

None

Boosts effects of STR and SPD training.

The Power Trainer tamer skill is pretty straightforward. However, it increases the effects of two of the most important parameters of your Digimon.

Getting this sꦫkill early on is beneficial for your training to be more effective.

The STR stat lets you dish out more damage and the SPD stat makes your Digimon act faster in battle.

Intellect Trainer

3

None

Boosts effects of WIS and MP training.

Similar to the Power Trainer skill, Intellect Trainer works the same way. It increases the effects of WIS and MP training, raising the parameters your Digimon gets.

If you are planning to further increase the parameters of your Digimon, consider getting this skill early in the game.

WIS reduces the MP cost of skills, increases the chance of Guarding, and increases the critical-hit rate while MP raises your Digimon's max MP.

Toughness Trainer

3

None

Boosts effects of HP and STA training.

Just like Power Trainer and Intellect Trainer, Toughness Trainer boosts the parameters of your HP and STA training. Both of these parameters help your Digimon tank more hits and last longer in battles.

Consider getting Toughness Trainer early along with the other two skills to have an easier time in training your Digimon.

HP is the health your Digimon has and STA reduces the damage your Digimon takes.

Fatigue Care

8

Power Trainer, Intellect Trainer, T♛oughn🔜ess Trainer

Reduces fatigue from training.

Fatigue Care isꦏ not a priority♛ skill to get, especially in the early game.

Since you will be in the Training Hall for a long time in the early game, you can rest anytime you need to reduce your Digimon's Fatigue.

This skill is more of a luxury skill that you can get in the late game.

Luck Booster

8

Power Traꦜiner, 🍸Intellect Trainer, Toughness Trainer

Further boosts effects of critical training

While Luck Booster looks good at first glance, it is not important to get it early on.

Luck Booster increases the stat modifiers while training, but it doesn't increase stat gain from battling.

Just like Fatigue Care, it is more of a luxury skill, and you can consider getting Luck Booster in the mid-late g♚a꧟me.

Master Trainer

15

Fatigue Care, Luck Booster

Further boosts effects of all forms of training

Master Trainer is a good skill to have, but it costs a lot just to get it.

As it further increases the effects of all forms of training, thꦜe time you will spend in the Training Hall will be significantly reduced.

However, with its high cost, you can consider taking Master Trainer whenꦅ you have a surplus of TP in the late game.

Eating Care

3

None

Boosts Mood when eating

If you love seeing your Digimon happy after a meal, you can consider getting Eating Care.

It is useful for your Digimon to have a maxed-out Mood stat, so it can be a good skill to have.

However, given the more beneficial effects of other Tamer Skills, Eating Care is not a good early investment.

Bathroom Care

3

None

Boosts Mood when using the bathroom

Similar to Eating Care, Bathroom Care boosts the mood of your Digimon after using the bathroom.

However, Bathroom Care is more limited than Eating Care because Mega Digimon does not have to g🧜o to the bat𒉰hroom anymore.

While it is tempting to get due to its low cost, it is not recommended to have this skill early in the game.

Sleep Care

3

None

Boosts HP, MP, and Fatigue recovery from sleeping

As the name suggests, Sleep Care boosts your HP, MP, and Fatigue recovery from sleeping.

While it is nice to have, it is not a great skill to have early in the game.

Consider getting the other useful skills first before spending your TP in Sleep Care.

Affection

3

None

Boosts effects of scolding and praising

Affection helps you to achieve the proper mood and discipline stats needed for certain Digivolutions, but that is all there is to it.

Similar to the other Life-Care Type skills, it is not as useful as others, and it is not recommended to prioritize it.

Life Master

12

Eating Care, Bathroom Care, Sleep Care, Affection

Boosts Bond and DigiFriend whenever eating, using ꦿthe bathroom, or sleeping.

Life Master is a pretty good skill to have as it increases the Bond and DigiFriend stats.

These stats are needed for ExE Cross Evolve which is a powerful tool in battles.

If you are struggling to activate ExE Cross Evolve, you can cons🎃ider getting this 🐭skill to progress further in the game.

Evolving Type

Evolving Type subcategory of Digimon World: Next Order

The Evolving Type sub-category focuses on Digivolving. The skills under Evolving Type are one of the must-haves early in the game. The benefits of Evolving Type skills solely focus on increasing the parameters gained from Digivolving. Although it costs a hefty amount of TP, these skills make up for it with game-changing beneficial effects. If you want to have an easier time progressing through the game, you can add the Evolving Type skills to your priority list.

It reduces the grind and helps you have an easier time fighting enemy Digimon.

Fresh Digivolution

5

None

Parameters rise ☂when partners Digivolve into a Digimon for the first time

While it looks good on paper, Digivolving a Digimon for the first time does not happen frequently.

While it is not as useful as Good Digivolution, it is still important to get this skill early on to unlock the other Evolving Type Skills.

Digivolution Veteran

8

Good Digivolution, Fresh Digivolution

Parame💙ters rise when partners Digivolve into a Digimon for the second time and thereafter.

Contrary to Fresh Digivolution, Digivolution Veteran is extremely useful at any stage of the game.

This skill is easily activated especially if you have a favor༒ite Digivolution Tree𝔍.

Digivolution Veteran significantly reduces the time you will spend grinding for stats.

Great Digivolution

15

Digivolution Veteran

Parameters rise even more when partners Digivolve

Great Digivolution is one of the most useful skills in the game. While it is extrem🧜el🌺y useful, the costs of the Evolving Type skills are already steep.

Add into that the 15 TP cost of Great Digivolution and you are looking at spending almost all of your TP in the earඣly game.

Due to its high cost, you can consider getting Great Digivolution in the mid-late stages of the game.
