Being the antagonist for much of the original, the return to Dunwall Tower to take down the Lord Regent was always intended to reflect your choices. The man is deeply paranoid no matter what, but how deep that paranoia goes is determined by chaos. He knows Corvo is coming for him, but not how he's going to deal with him.
The Lord Regent has a safe room set up, but in Low🌟 Chaos, he feels confident he is safe and will stay in his own bedroom unless provoked. In High Chaos, he fears for his life knowing Cꦚorvo will kill him with ease, and remains in his safe room no matter what.
8 Interactions Between NPC's
Some of these changes can be more subtle but highlight in small ways how your actions affect the larger world. In Low Chaos, many characters in the world will be༒ more forgiving to ea♍ch other, while in High Chaos they are more on-edge and violent.
Examples of this inc💝lude two women that can be found having an argument on a rooftop in Dishonored 2. In Low Chaos, they res🔯olve their issues and agree to leave Karnaca together. In High Chaos, however, one of the women becomes furious and pushes the other off the building to her death.
7 The Health of the World🍷
A more obvious side effect of chaos is the health of the world. In Dishonored, If you pile up dead bodies, there are many more rats, and more guards out on patrol. In Dishonored's DLCs, an interesting change is made to the Chaos system where instead of just checking for high and low chaos, the game can now check for instances of medium-low and medium-high chaos. This is seen especially in the Brigmore Witches DLC, the final mission of Daud's adventure.
For one, having a Brigmore witch help you cannot be done in High Chaos. But more interestingly, the Outsider gives you a speech before entering Delilah's painted world. This speech has four variations for each of the chaos levels, the only instance in the whole series where such a distinction is made.
5 Emily's Drawings

So in the Knife of Dunwall DLC, it comes as a surprise when she betrays Daud to Delilah of the Brigmore witches. However, her intent following this changes based on Daud's chaos level.
With High Chaos, her belief that Daud needs to be replaced never falters at which point she challenges him to a duel. After Daud wins, he is given the choice to spare her or not. In Low Chaos, however, she comes to regret her choice in betraying Daud and skips the duel entir🃏ely, giving Daud the option to deal with her as he sees fit. This goes even further, with her death animation also determined by your chaos ☂level.
3 🏅 🦩 The Flooded District Changes Dramatically
One of the more interesting levels of Dishonored is that of the Flooded District. You are stripped of your weapons and can (optionally) r🌃eclaim them, progressing through the leve♕l with much more vulnerability than you are used to. This mission too is changed by your chaos, though in a more significant manner.
In Low 💛Chaos, the district, though still flo𒅌oded, is moderately less so, and there are many survivors who can be rescued. In High Chaos, the district is in a worse state of flooding, with all survivors replaced by weepers including the High Overseer, if you dealt with him non-lethally.
2 Meagan Revealing Her Identity 🐈
Over the course of Dishonored 2, you are helped by a mysterious shipwright by the name of Meagan Foster. She is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:light on the details she offers you, only stating that she also knows Sokolov and 𝔍has a vested interest in r✅eturning you to your throne.
She will give out tidbits of remorse about her past in Low Chaos, while in High Chaos is much more tight-lipped, revealing next to nothing about herself. By the time of your return to Dunwall in Low Chaos, she will reveal her tru𓆉e identity to you, and give you the option of whether or not to spare her. In High chaos, she says nothing to you, same as ever, the only way of uncovering her true identity being to search her room. At that point, she will have already disappeared without a word.

In what can likely be described as the grandest change due to chaos, is Kingsparrow island, with almost everything in it changing. From th🔯e placements of guards, the weather, and even tꦚhe characters that are alive or dead, Kingsparrow is a mission worth playing through at least twice.
In Low Chaos, the weather is clear and guards are lighter. As you work your way inwards, you learn that the Loyalists have betrayed each other, with Havelock having poisoned Martin and Pendelton out of paranoia. In High Chaos, the weather is stormy and the island is packed with guards. The Loyalists are all alive, but hostile with each other and actively trying to kill each other. On top of his, Havelock will threaten to kill Emily, dangling her off the edge of the tower. She can even die here if you don't save her in time.
