There are a wide variety of critters in the valley, from squirrels to crocodiles, and all of them can join you as you rebuild the valley. However, you can only have one equipped at a time.
Thankfully, with a few new items, you can play with up to four animal companions in the valley at a time. This lets you collect as many pets as you want and let the🃏m ♚roam in the village for you and your neighbors to enjoy.
What Are Companions?
In Disney Dreamlight Valley, animal companions are critters that can be found in each biome. Each area has a different critter to befriend, and there are different ways to unlock them as companions.
While some are harder to unlock than others, it's well worth the effort to enjoy their company and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:cute little faces as you go about your adventures.
Overall, you need to approach them and offer them their favorite foods. You can also purchase them from the store with Moonstones or event tokens for exclusive companions.
Once they're unlocked, you can either equip them to follow you or you can place them in the Cozy Companion Home in your village.
How To Get Companion Items
With update 1.4, you can craft five new items to interact with your෴ companions. They can be crafted after collecting the necessary materials.

These materials are not too difficult to find, so you can likely do a quick run around the valley to gather most of them. Once the materials are in your inventory or stored in chests, head to the nearest Crafting Station to get started.
How To Interact With Companions
After crafting the companion items, you can place them anywhere in your valley. Setting down the Cozy Companion Home allows you to select up to four companions to display.
They will roam the immediate area and play with any other toys that are out. This is a fantastic way for you to see your favorite critters out and about every time you play.
You can also interact with your animal companions when equipped, and if your animal companion is nearby, you can pet them. You can also use settings in photo mode to pose with your furry friends.
Critters are more than just pets in Disney Dreamlight Valley, they're just as interactive as the other villagers you see.
