The numbers on this card speak for🐷 themselves. Mufasa is a high-cost card in terms 🧸of getting him onto the field, but his willpower of nine and his gaining you four lore anytime he quests would make a compelling case all on their own. But his two abilities amplify his value.

You will take a bit of an ink hit when he enters play, not only exert😼ing all of your ink but bringing two of the cards b🅘ack into your hand. The trade for this is that when he does quest for that impressive amount of lore, you can ready everything in your inkwell, letting you take, essentially, two rounds in one go. And being part of the Sapphire suite means that you can easily get that inkwell back up to snuff.

While losing ink from your inkwell may seem like a deficit, the cards are returned to your hand, giving you back some of the options you may have sacrificed in the early gam𝄹e to gain ink.
