Dissidia Final Fantasy and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dissidia Final Fantasy NT will be adding new costumes and weapons for both Kain Highwind and Vaan in a future update, which will reference Final Fantasy IV: The After Years and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy XIV.
Kain Highwind is a playable character in Final Fantasy IV and serves as the party's dragoon. Kain switches allegiance throughout the game, mostly due to magical mind control, but he eventually snaps out of it and becomes loyal to his friends. Vaan is the protagonist of Final Fantasy XII and he might be the most polarizing main character in the series. There are many fans who believe that Ashe, Balthier or Basch should have been the protagonist over Vaan, but he did manage to win some people over in his outings in the Final Fantasy crossover titles.
Kain and Vaan will be receiving new outfits and weapons in Dissidia Final Fantasy and Dissidia Final Fantasy NT that are based on their appearances in different games. Vaan's new outfit is the "Zodiac Rider" suit and its appearance is similar to that of some of the Sky Pirate gear in Final Fantasy XIV. Vaan's ambition in Final Fantasy XII is to become a sky pirate, so it makes sense for him to dress in such a flashy way. It will also be possible for Vaan to equip the Deathbringer sword from Final Fantasy XII.
Kain will be receiving a new outfit based on his appearance in Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, when he took on the identity of the Hooded Man. Kain attempted to complete the trials in Mt. Ordeals, but he lost and his dark side broke free as a separate entity. The two eventually do battle and Kain defeats his dark side, allowing him to transform into a holy dragoon. Kain will also be able to equip the Holy Lance weapon. The Hooded Man outfit appeared as an alternate costume in Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy.
It seems that Square Enix is in no rush to bury Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, despite the frosty reception outside of Japan. The characters and costumes will keep on coꩵming, even if the audience doesn't.
