Donna Burke, a voice actor and singer who has been involved in the series since Peace Walker, has shared an image that adds more evidence to the rumours of a Snake Eater remake. One of the biggest rumours over the past few years is that Konamꦰi is currently working on a remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: S💟nake Eater, with some of the reports🐈 suggesting that Virtuos S🤡tudios is the lead developer. This has been backed up several times in the past to the point that it's basically an open secret now, but a recent Twitter post from Donna Burke has put more fuel on the fire.Related: Hi-Fi Rush Is Just Metal Gear Rising With Persona’s Ryu🍸jiOver on Twitter, , while saying "Recording in progress". At first, even though Burke's folder is clearly a reference to Metal Gear Solid and she herself notes that , it seemed like she could really be♍ recording for anything, as the🧸re wasn't conclusive proof that it was related to Snake Eater beyond her relation to the series.[EMBED_TWITTER]//twitter.com/TheDonnaBurke/status/1647063209831182337[/EMBED_TWITTER] - if you zoom in on the lyrics sheet that can be spotted in , you can see the lyrics to Snake Eater's titular theme right there on the page.It also makes sense for Burke to be involved in Metal Gear Solid 3's remake. Not only has she been involved in songs for Peace Walker and The Phantom Pain, . She's already proven that she has the chops for the main theme, so if it's getting a re-recording for the remake, then it makes sense that it'd be her.

This does seem to suggest that Konami won't be using the original theme with Cynthia Harrell, however, which is a shame considering how iconic it is. Since the Snake Eater remake is officially just a rumour right now, even if there's a ton of evidence for it, we don't yet know💦 how much about the game is going to be changed - Burke's post does seem to suggest that music is getting re-recorded, though, which likely means that voice work is too.
