Whether they're the bane of your playthrough or an enjoyable ritual for the tasty loot, it's hard to deny that they spice up the game. Here's how to find, defeat and (most importantly) survive the top battleworthy bosses.

With the Terraria mash-up in 2021 came a new cyclops-boss, and as the fan base uncovered the mysteries of ancient civilizations and the existence of Them more twisted creatures have been introduced. Starving was never the primary concern!
9 Deerclops
Every player remembers the spine-tingling terror of the first time they heard Deerclops groaning on a long Winter night. This angry elk is usually the first boss that is encountered as it can spawn any time after day 30, up until the start of Spring.
His main attack is a ranged ground pound which freezes the player after two blasts, doing 75 damage. It's possible to outrun it with good timing and a Walking Cane.
Log Armor, a Football Helmet and a Hambat will help 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:any of the playable characters wear down the 4000hp beast by hitting it twice, switching to the Walking Cane to dodge, and then running back to hit again. However, Deerclops will prioritize destroying structures, so as soon as he announces his presence you should run away from your base.
As long as fire isn't used (like with Gunpowder or a Fire Staff) Deerclops will drop eight Meat and his Eyeball. Perfect for an Eyebrella or as a Houndious Shootius ingredient.
8 Crab King
His Majesty is a big step up from our first boss encounter, sporting between a whopping 20,000 and 95,000 Health! Luckily, the player can customize this fight to their preferences, whether it's just for the storyline or to put themselves to the challenge.
In a ring of Sea Stacks in the Swell Ocean, the Crab King sits, waiting to be awoken. His crown sports 𝐆nine sockets that can be filled with a combination of Gems.
The crustacean has three ജattacks, including geysers that poke holes in boats and imposing claws to snap up the brave fighters. When his health drops below 85 percent, the king of the sܫea can cool the ambient temperature.
How low it goes depends o🍨n the number of Blue Gems socketed, and the number of geysers correlates to Purple Gems. Crab King can heal himself using pieces of rock, and the amount he heals depends on how many Orange Gems were donated to him.
For the easiest fight, it's recommended to socket three Red, three Purple, and three Blue Gems, and if Pearl's Pearl is also part of his crown it will drop a Cracked Pearl, which you'll have to explain to Pearl herself. This boss is also part of the Lunar Altar quest.
7 ꦏ Eye Of Terror ♏
In 2021 two 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:beloved🎃 survival games got a♓ll mixed up, leading to some big baddies crossing over. Terraria got the one-eyed wintry Deerclops, while Don't Starve Together saw the Eye of Cthulhu appear in the Constant.
This mini-boss only spawns when the Terrarium (found in red chest set pieces) is 🍷activated at night. Come morning, the fight is paused as the boss flies away, but the Eye of Terror can be resummoned the next night in the same health it left at.
The battle itself is a little repetitive, with the Eye charging at you and spitting up Suspicious Peepers to chase you around. At 5000 hit points, it's unlikely you'll beat it in one night, but once you do the loot is pretty good for a mini-boss.
You'll get a hungry helmet, some dairy alternative Milky Whites, Monster Meat to feed your helmet, and the recipe to summon your own Friendly Peeper pet.
If you want a challenge, Terraria isn't the only world that can be corrupted, and by activating the Terrarium with Nightmare Fuel you can bring about the mechanical Twins of Terror. It's the same fight but with double the trouble.
6 Dragonfly
🌸To find Dragonfly you will have to visit her home amidst the magma in the desert. As expected, things are going to heat up quickly, and bringing an Endothꦬermic Firepit is a smart move.
Similar to Moose Goose, this boss uses her own children as a strategic attack, so beware of the magma pools as that's where she barfs them up. Building Stone Walls around each pool stops the larvae from swarming the player during the fight.
Keep an eye on them anyway, as once all her babies have spontaneously combusted Dragonfly will become enraged, setting 🐈fire to everything around her and doing double damage.
Her swipes usually do 150 damage, but some Marble Armour or playing as Wigfrid (who receives 25 percent less damage) will reduce that considerably. A 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Panflute will calm her down, and once she's been defeated you will be rewarded with Scales, a Scaled Furnace Blueprint, and an assortment of precious Gems, making them renewable.
On rare occasions, Dragonfly will leave you with a Larvae Egg ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚso that you can hatch your very own (flammable) lava puppy.
5 𒀰 Ancient Guardian 🐈
Deep in the Ruins, past the Labyrinth of Dangling Depth Dwellers, lives the Ancient Gꦰuardian. His arena can be identified by the Lightflowers strewn about the pillarsꩵ, and the graves around the edge.
The attack pattern is the same as Clockwork Rooks, charging the player a few times and then hopping back to the center. This minotaur guards a part of the main plotline in Don't Starve called the Ancient Key to the Ancient Gateway in the Atrium, which unlocks another boss fight.
The Guardian's Horn he drops is another ingredient in the powerful Houndious Shootius weapon, so don't eat it accidentally! To cheese this boss, position yourself between two indestructible structures, such as pillars or graves. From this safe spot, it's easy to avoid the 100-damage ram attack while lazily whacking the Ancient Fuelweaver's guard dog.
4 Toadstool
Toadstool is a raid boss that provides the players who kill it with new ligh💞ting design options. Totally worth it. In its base form, Toadstool has 52,500 health and will headbutt nearby players doing between 100 and 250 damage a go.
As this fight has multiple stages and is likely to go on for a long time, it may seem the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:right 🎉wea🧸pon of choice is a durable Ham Bat. Toadstool has already thought of that and will provide its challengers with Spore Bombs as hats, and 3.5 seconds later, it will explode, damaging nearby players and spoiling all perishable goods.
When this warty wonder drops below 40 percent he'll begin his slam attacks, causing cave-ins that further damage our haunted heroes with falling minerals.
If this wasn't enough, every cycle of these attacks is amped up by Sporecaps. These are shroomy trees that sprout in the arena and decide how much damage, armor, and hit recovery the boss will have in the next round.
Chop them down quickly with an axe or by using the Weather Pain. If your team is made up of masochists, try dropping a Volatile Canary near its Toadstool Cap, but don't say you weren't warned.
3 🐬 Nightmare💖 Werepig
If you've been out during a full moon then you've undoubtedly seen the transformation of the Pigmen. However, it seems one has been trapped in the caves and tethered to three marble pillars, found in the Muddy biome full of Lightbulbs.
If his pleas to be released tug at your heartstrings then you'll need to either find or craft a Pickax to topple the pillars and free the beast. Immediately he will be invincible, but if you're low on Sanity (or wearing a Nightmare Amulet) you'll see Parasitic Shadelings clambering all over the poor beast, and you must defeat them to start the fight properly.
It really does feel like you're being stalked by a wild animal, as the Nightmare Werepig circles you from a distance before leaping, similar to the seasonal boss Klaus. Mobility boosts are necessary for dodging.
Eventually, out of frustration, he'll slam his fists into the ground, causing Sinkholes and a lot of damage. If you're strategic, you can use these attacks to fully destroy the marble pillars and net yourself some Dreadstone, a unique crafting material.
When paired with the Pure Horror the boss drops it'll make the game's first regenerating armor and helm, but only enough for one piece. You'll have to wait for him to respawn to craft a complete set, rewarding the player with a set bonus that reduces the Sanity drain from wearing it.
2 Ancient Fuelweaver 🥀 🐟
The player can summon a being from civilizations long since ruined, the artifacts of which still wield power in the form of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Nightmare Fuel and its cycle. The Ancient Fuelweaver is the only Don't Starve boss that has dialogue which suggests it's not a mindless beast created from one of Maxwell's experiments and was likely here long before him.
To be in the presence of nightmares incarnate the player must first defeat the Shadow Clockworks to attain the Shadow Atrium (a black, beating heart) and the An♓cient Guardian for the Ancient Key (everything here seems pretty old).
Once the Reanimated Skeleton is brought to life by Shadows he will mournfully skulk after its challenger, using its own head to swipe at them for 100 damage🅷. Watch out for the Bone Spikes which try 🅘to entrap players, giving the Fuelweaver an easy shot at them.
Once it's dropped from 16,000 to 10,000 health, shadowy hands will appear. From these, Woven Shadows will crawl their way toward the boss.
A Weather Pain can take out the creepy crawlies before it manages to eat them and thus regain Health but don't bother hitting the Fuelweaver at this point as the shadowy hands' shield protects him from all damage.
Throughout combat the Fuelweaver begs the player to stop, explaining that they were betray❀ed and that the mysterious "Them" are coming. It seems like maybe we could learn something from this boss if only it would stop hitting us.
1 Ce🐭lestial Champion
This is the final boss and the end of the Don't Starve plot so far, and with so much build-up it had better be good. Spawning this Goliath is going to take in-game weeks, as well as fighting Crab King, discovering the Ancient Archives, becoming best friends with the Crabby Hermit, arranging Altars on the Lunar Island, and doing the leg work for Wagstaff's experiments.
It has three phases, each with different attack patterns and Health going up from 10,000 to 14,000 in its final form. This isn't nearly as much as some of the raid bosses in this game, but don't be fooled.
This lunar champion is difficult to kite and summons Greater Gestalts, which work to put the player to sleep in the middle of the battle. Its attacks include Enlightening Snares, Moonglass Spikes, and blue lasers, and in its second form it will purposely match the combatant's speed, so a trusty Walking Cane can't help you here.
If you're victorious and reach the end, all the Altar Pieces will be returned, along with one prize; the Enlightened Crown. The moon's gift provides the wearer with an infinite light source, +10 Sanity per minute, increased damage, and summons Gestalts to fight for their cause.
