168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Doom Eternal is coming to Xbox Game Pass on October 1st. Bethesda's hit ꧒first-person shooter is the latest marquee 2020 release to be added to the subscription service.
Unfortunately, the October date only applies to Xbox One subscribers for now. PC 🦋Game Pass subscribers won't have to wait long, though, as that version of Doom Eternal will also hit the service later in 2020. The actual date for the PC release has yet to be announced, but given there's only three months left in the year, it can't be too far off.
However, it sounds like Eternal's first big DLC expansion won't be free on Game Pass. Microsoft mentions that part one of the Ancient Gods DLC will come to the Xbox Store on October 20, and that's it. Considering that The Ancient Gods is a stand alone expansion that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:doesn't require the base game, it maওkes sense - even if it is a bit of a bummer.
With 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Microsoft's recent acquisition o🤡f Bethesda, the timing of this news couldn't be better. Doom Eternal is one of the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:most critically 𓄧acclaimed titles of the year, so it's a brilliant flex on Xbox's part to show off what their new best buddi🍬es at Id Software can🉐 do.
Doom Eternal is a bit of a divisive game among fans, though. While most agree its hyper-violent, bullet ballet gameplay is gratifying, plenty more aren't fans of the emp🦂hasis on loads of lore-heavy cutscenes. It juggles many risky ideas, from frustrating water puzzles to exhausting mini-boss fights, and some just don't work well. That being said? Few can deny just how satisfying it is to stick your thumbs into a demon's eyes and watch the blood ooze out like a rotten piñata.
Xbox Game Pass subscriber﷽s will have the chance to form their own opinion on Doom Eternal when it hits the service on October 1.
