The first Dragon Age game ca𒁏me out over ten years ago, and yet there are still so many questions and discoveries about the game happening today. With three main games, many expansions and DLCs to choose from, there is not much of an argument of why people still enjoy these content-packed games. They have some excellent gameplay and .

There are several questions and plot holes surrounding the games - . A constant m🎉ystery in the series has been the character Morrigan and, subsequently, her mother, Flemeth. Morrigan is one of the first characters you meet outside of the tutorial. Here are 10 questions we still have about Morrigan.

10 Why Did Emprꦓess Celene Trust Her?

Morrigan in Winter Palace - Dragon Age Inquisition - New Cropped Cropped

Morrigan is known for being the mysterious mage that she is. The Warden isn't supposed to trust her at the beginning of the game. Part of the story-line in Origins is the Warden build⛦ing friendships or rivalries with their teammates.

So when the Inquisitor finds out that Morrigan is Celene's magical advisor, you have to wonder, why would Celene trust this Apostate with no real credibility and possibly a dirty child tagging along to a😼d💞vise her on the thing all non-mages are entirely terrified of? Though, this is the same woman who had an affair with the leader of an underground elf rebellion, so her judgment is a little impaired.

9 ꦉ Why Is She An Adviso✤r?

The Inquisitor has just met Morrigan a few days prior, and all o༒f a sudden, she's in the war room taking Cassandra's place as one of the few trusted individuals that are aware of every move the Inquisition makes? Sure she was with the Warden, but she also LEFT right after the battle with the Archdemon and wasn't seen or heard from again until ten years later. Plus, look at her mother! Flemeth has done no🐎thing but lie to you throughout the entire series; you never know what secrets she's hiding in that hair! So, in conclusion, why was Morrigan - a dangerous swamp apostate - allowed to be in the war room?

8 ▨ What Does "Pledged To Mythal" Really Me🧔an?

One of the significant plot-points in  Inquisition is of the Well of Sorrows. An elven artifact that either the Inquisitor or Morrigan needs to dr🍸ink out of so that Corypheus can't. The blessings of this are all elven knowledge and dark magic secrets, but the curse is you bind yourself in service to the elven Goddess, Mythal. The Well will then "speak" to whoever drank from it, allowing them to know all the secrets that had been poured into it. After you choose if Morrigan or the Inquisitor drink, it turns out that Morrigan's mother, Flemeth, has the spirit of Mythal in her - she is Mythal.

But what does this mean ๊for the one who drank from the Well? Flemeth was able to control the one who drank with her mind! Which means this binding is physical, not just mental. This leaves uncertainty for the future of whoever drank. Will they be called upon in Flemeth's time of need? 🌱Will Morrigan be forced to abandon her son for her mother? What about the fact that the Inquisitor lost their arm and maybe just needs a break?

7 How Did She Hide Frඣom 💫Flemeth?

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Morrigan is brilliant, no question, but her mother had the spirit of an elven god in her. How exactly was Morrigan able to flee (possibly with an infant-to-small-child) and hide from Flemeth for ten years? In Dragon Age II, Hawke meets Flemeth and learns that she is actively trying to find hဣer daughter. That means, either Flemeth was lying about her abilities to track her daughter easily; or, Morrigan was extremely talented in finding ways of hiding.

Sure, Morrigan herself could be easy, just transform into a crow and fly for ten years. But what about Kieran? Hiding in plain sight as an ap♍ostate with a child was probably hard, as from experience, Morrigan isn't subtle, and people can immediately tell from first glance that something is different about her. So what lengths did she have to go to in order to hide from her mother?

6 🔜 Why Does She L♎ook Like That?

Morrigan from Trailer - Dragon Age Cropped

When the Warden meets Morrigan in Origins, her appearance may suggest that those clothes are just what apostate mages living in the middle of a bog wear. But then the Warden meets Flemeth, the "Witch of the Wilds," and she is dressed in average, commoner clothes. Which brings up the question of Morrigan's clothing and overall appearance. She wears a low-cut outfit with no armor and a leather-like skirt. Other than over-sexualization, there is no point behind this character design. She can't possibly be comfortable; no wonder she is standing by a fire in the camp throughout Origins. She's got to be cold!

5 How Did She Kn🐬ow About The Ritual?꧂

Morrigan Ritual with Warden - Dragon Age Origins - New Cropped 2

In Origins, right before the final mission, the Warden finds out that a Grey Warden has to die for the Archdemon to die, else the spirit will be transferred to another Darkspawn. Morrigan is then waiting in the Warden's chambers (not an unexpected thing if the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Warden romanced her), c𝄹laiming to know of a ritual. That, if chosen, will have her conceiving a child through one of the male Wardens that the Archdemon's spirit will go into 🎐instead of a Darkspawn.

Besides the oddly specific details surrounding the ritual, how did Morrigan know of it? It's blood magic, but like any other class mage, all forms of one magic aren't known just for knowing how to use it. It's an odd, old secret that Flemeth may have taught her. It may have been Flemeth's plan the entire time to get the old god's soul. Either way, it's an extremely difficult 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:decision to make.

4 What Is Kieran?

Morrigan and Kieran - Dragon Age Inquisition Cropped

Morrigan's son, Kieran, is an anomaly, but what is he? Supposedly he has the spirit of the Archdemon in him, but it seems like he doesn't even know what he is! He is just as sharp as his mother; no doubt, it's that old god blood in him. But he certainly doesn't look like a Darkspawn, which, from the way Morrigan explaiꦛned the ritual, is possibly what some people expected him to be.

🦄Regardless of what he is, Flemeth takes it from him when he's ten years old, adding onto the surplus old god powers sꩲhe has.

3 🃏 How Did She Get The Wa𓆉rdens To The Korcari Wilds?

Morrigan First Meeting - Dragon Age Origins - New Cropped

At the Battle of Ostagar in Origins, the Warden and Alistair are left atop a tall tower, injured and surrounded by Darkspawn when the screen goes black. The Warden then wakes up in Morrigan and Flemeth's shack in the Korcari Wilds. Supposedly, Morrigan swooped in and rescued them from ไthe tower. But how? To our knowledge, Morrigan could only shapeshift into a crow at the time. How did she manage to haul two grown adults and possibly a dog across an entire battlefie🌌ld to her hut?

2 ♒ Where Does All Her Knowledge Come From?

As stated before, Morrigan is absolutely brilliant. But how did she come to be so knowledgeable?  She explains her upbringing to the Warden if they are close enough, and it makes sense that Flemeth would want her host to be intelligent before she took over their bodies. But the knowledge she'd gained in the time between Origins and Inquisition is insane, e🧜specially if she had to take care of a child during that 𝐆time.

1 𝓰 Why Won't They Teach Us To Be Dragons?

Hawke was everyone in the Dragon Age fandom when they wanted to be a drag💖on. Ever since we saw that Flemeth could turn into one, we've wanted to be able to shapeshift into a dragon just to fly around. To see the Thedas from a new perspective. But of course, they didn't teach us! Even if the Inquisitor drank from the well, supposedly, they know how to become a dragon because they had to teach Morrigan, but the Inquisitor doesn't get to be a dragon. Another hope for the next game.
