This comes after the latest trailer for the game revealed that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the fan-favourite mage is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:coming back, albeit looking quite different than ౠwhen we last saw her.

In his answer, Epler also confirms that Morrigan is wearing a "variation" of Flemeth's crown, whereas many fans suspected it was the exact same crown. With this in mind, it might disprove the theory that t🧜his version of the character is actually Flemeth (o𒐪r more accurately, the spirit of Mythal), possessing Morrigan's bod🍨y.

Dragon Age's Creative Director On Morrigan's New Look

"Anytime we're bringing back a character, we want to think about what's changed for that character in the time since you last saw them," says Epler, speaking in a Q&A that took place in the BioWare Discord yesterday. "It's been almost 10 years. What's changed for these characters in that inte🀅rvening time?

"In the case of Morrigan, she's coming to terms with a lot of truths about both herself, but also her mother," he continues. "We see her with Flemeth's crown, or a variation of it, and that's speaking to her persoꦐnal journey of what I would call acceptance of who she is, andಞ how she connects to Flemeth."

That connection to Flemeth stuck out to fans immediately, as many started to fear that Morrigan was actually possessed by her mother in the trailer. After all, this was Flemeth's plan in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dragon Age: Origins. Howe♚ver, Epler's wording here alsꦰo suggests that Morrigan might just be embracing her past, rather than hiding from it as she had done for years.

But that doesn't mean that Morrigan is totally safe from Flemeth/Mythal. As Dragon Age: Inquisition players will remember, a quest towards the end of the game makes you choose someone to drink from the Well of Sorrows. Either Morrigan or the player can do this, but whoever does is later revealed to be bound to Mythal. Therefore, the crown in the trailer may suggest that Morrigan is under Mythal's contro🗹l, and Epler is just trying to avoid spoilers.
