While a great tool to stop yourself from receiving damage, the Revenge Counter isn't 100 percent safe. A perceptive player or opponent will hear a chime ring out when a Revenge Counter is performed. The Super Counter is the most difficult but rewarding of all counters in the game. Move forward and press the Attack button right as an enemy's melee attack lands to initiate a Super Counter. The Super Counter requires no resources, making it one of the most vital counters to master.
The Super Counter cannot counter Ki attacks. However, it can counter all melee attacks.
As mentioned before, the Super Counter is quite difficult to use, mainly due to the animations of many of the characters. The best way to practice is to hop into the Training Mode and set the AI Opponent Sღtrategy to Rush Attacks. While being attacked, ꦏlisten to the sound of each hit landing and memorize the pattern before performing the counter.
