has finally confirmed what we were all thinking - 's second Hero of Justice pack will include Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero's Beast Gohan as a playable character.

Over the past few months, Bandai Namco has been teasing another round of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero content for the Dragon Ball game that refuses to die, XenoVerse 2. The first Hero of Justice pack featured Gamma 1, Gamma 2, and Base Form Gohan with his outfit from the movie, while the second pack was previousl🤡y confirmed to feature A🤡wakened Piccolo and Orange Piccolo, alongside a third mysterious character.

After months of waiting for the official announcement, - Beast Gohan is being added to the game as the final character of the second pack, which is releasing on May 17. We get to see some gameplay footage of him within the trailer and it seems that he won't be a transformation and will instead be a base character like Ultra Instinct Goku and Orange Piccolo.

Beyond the fact that Beast Gohan is by far the biggest character to come from Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero and would make no sense to miss out in a pack based on the m♎ovie, Bandai Namco made it obvious that the character was coming when it added the Beast Mode transformation for created characters as part of a free update earlier this year♛.

In fact, it appears that Beast Gohan has some of the same combos and moves as the created characters do when they're in Beast Mode, including punching behind while facing forward and a stance where he raises his fists in the air. It's likely that Bandai just ripped some of Beast Gohan's moves for the created character's transformation, but at least we get some other unique moves in the mix here like a Kamehameha and some kind of block ability that we see Gohan using against Cell Max.

Although Beast Gohan is without a doubt the highlight of the pack, that wasn't the only thing that was announced in the launch trailer. We also get confirmation that the pack will have its own story scenario based on Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, which we get to see a few glimpses of towards the end of the trailer. This comes as no surprise considering other packs have also had story missions, but it'll be interesting to see XenoVerse add its own unique spin on the story.

The end of the trailer also confirms that the pack will﷽ feature seven new skill moves, four Parallel Quests, a range of different loading screen illustrations based on the movie, and three new costumes, including one based on Beast Gohan, one based on Dr Hero, and a final one based on the 🎀Red Rocket uniform that Piccolo briefly wears.
