That likely doesn't matter with Dragon Ball Z, since it's a famous decades-old franchise. With all the preamble out of the way, here are the hidden achievements/trophies contained in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.
- Former Foe: Win the simulation battle against Piccolo.
- Worse For Wear: Complete the Saiyan Saga.
- Emperor No More: Complete the Frieza Saga.
- Earth's New Champion: Complete the Cell Saga.
- Bye-Bye, Buu: Complete the Majin Buu Saga.
- A Dark Omen: Defeat your first Villainous party.
- Evil All Around: Defeat 20 Villainous parties.
- Purging the Plague: Defeat 30 Villainous parties.
- Down with the Demon Realm!: Win the battle against Mira.
- Tough Enough: Complete a Level 10 challenge in the Training Room.
- Excavator: Destroy a boulder blocking a cave.
- Demolition Artist: Destroy 10 boulders blocking caves.
- Flashy Finish: Win a battle with a Super Finish.
As you can tell from looking at the list, the first five hidden achievements/trophies are story related. It's impossible to miss them unless you stop playing Kakarot. You won't need any help figuring out how to obtain those, other than possibly a guid☂e for the boss fights.

Just make sure to keep an eye out for mineral deposits on your map. You'll also need to be around level 60 to even smash certain boulders, which can take some time.
As for "A Dark Omen" and its variants, the very first villainous party you'll face will be story related. These enem🤪ies are endgame foes that will spawn as you're working your way towards the hidden boss Mira. You'll actually need to take down 30 of them to even face him, so his trophy goes hand-in-hand with 💜this one. It can be a bit of a grind, but you won't need to worry about it until you're finished with the main story.
The last achieve𝄹ment/trophy that may throw you off a bit is "Tough Enough." You won't unlock the ability to access the training room until the Cell Saga, so this will happen more than halfway through the game. From there, head to the Capsule Corporation, enter the corridor on the right and make your way to the first room you see. You'll then talk to the female researcher and can upgrade the training room to level 10 (which unlocks this challenge).
From there, it's just a matter of stocking up on healing items and making use of your most overpowered moves. Goku's EX Spirit Bomb should make qu🍸ick work of the challenge, though you'll need to keep an eye on your health. The real challenge will be finding the 💟exact materials you need to upgrade the training room.
While it is highly unlikely you'll miss out on landing a "Flashy Finish" during normal gameplay, that one does require you to first unlock a super move. Reports from around the web are saying this can be achieved during the Saiyan Saga with Goku's Kaioken transformation, but don't fret if that doesn't 💧work. You'll eventually get the Super Saiyan transformation and that absolutely counts. Just make sure you land the final blow while in Super Saiyan form and that achievement will be yours.
