Back in 2023, it was confirmed that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 would be getting a current-gen update for PS5 and Xbox Series, although it wasn't revealed at the time what kind of changes would be made alongside the new version. It did give us a brief glimpse at the updated graphics in action, though, . While Kakarot's current-gen update made quite a difference to the game's visuals, the same can't be said about Xenoverse 2, as the only real difference shown in the video is some stray blades of grass swaying in the wind.
