The first two battles feature a lot of strong physical attackers, and in particular, ones like the Rubble Slime and Clockwork Cuckoo will be the heaviest hitters. Battle Two also features the tankiest team in all the colosseum and mausoleum stages so far, with high HP and high defenses.
Enemies are also now capable of entering a Frenzied State and, like if your monster gets one, they can get multiple turns and do increased damage in it.
In the final battle, instead of introducing a Large-sized monster and its ability to attack multiple times in a turn, you'll face the usual four-monster team and their frequently used party-wide attacks.

Battle Two
Like the first battle, you'll mainly be dealing with physical attackers, but all four of them have high HP and defenses. Having a monster that can lower enemy defenses, has a high Attack or Wisdom stat, or can inflict Poison, will also help to whittle away their HP.
The Clockwork Cuckoo is the main threat of the bunch, as it's capable of inflicting upwards of 40 damage with a single Wind Sickle attack, and even more if a monster is weak to wind. It can quickly kill a monster if it focuses on it, so use the spells Buff or Kabuff if you have them, as they can seriously reduce the damage you take.
Battle Three
As usual, battle three is intended to be the most difficult of them all as both the Hell Niño and Grinferno come equipped with fire-element attacks, with Hell Niño frequently using the powerful Fire Breath (party-wide fire attack), while Grinferno opts for the Frizz spell (single target fire spell). Both of them can do a lot of damage in one turn, so monsters who aren't weak to Fire or can use Buff will do better at surviving their onslaught of attacks each turn.
While you can't control your monsters directly, you can influence the moves they use by changing their Tactics, and you can change them each round. 🐎Switch it up as you need toꩵ handle dealing more damage, be more defensive, or heal your monsters.
The Spiny Slime is mainly a physical attacker and comes with the new Multislash attack (party-wide physical damage). It doesn't do as much damage as its allies, but it can easily finish off low HP monsters, and attacking it with physical attacks will reflect a small portion of the damage.
The most dangerous enemy in the fight is the Airbagon, which can cast the Bang spell (party-wide explosive damage). With its relatively high attack, it can do high damage to even Explosion-resistant monsters and sometimes out-damages both the Hell Niño and Grinferno, so if it decides to spam the spell, it can easily finish off a weaker party.

To handle these fights, you'll want your monsters to be between levels 12 and 14, regardless of whether they've been synthesized or not. This will help them have enough HP to take damage from enemies like th🔯e Clockwork Cuckoo and Airbagon.
You'll also want to have at least one dedicated healer who can ensure your monsters stay alive, either with Heal or Midheal if you've invested in their skill tree enough. Monsters capable of using status effect moves are also fairly effective in preventing large amounts of damage in one turn.
If you're aiming to debuff enemies with lowered stats or status effects, you'll want the monster with high Wisdom, as the Wisdom stat effect often increases the chances of the status ability hitting.
