Capcom is asking fans what they’d like to see from theoretical future downloadable content in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dragon’s Dogma 2. Aside from all the limited microtransactions that are already available, this new survey concerns potential expansions, vocations, wea💯pons, and other such things you’d expect to see explored in an epic fantasy adventure like this.

But if we take a step back and actually consider our options, what would we like to see? I’m still making my way through the base game, having surpassed the 50 hour mark as I⭕ ignore the main quest and spend all my

time trying to fill out the ma🅠p and level up each job.

After picking up some of the currently available downloadable content for myself, I’ve discovered that the consumables are limited to one-per person, so there is no way to pick up hundreds and completely ruin the experience fo♍r yourself. At least not right now...

While I’m taking my sweet time with Dragon’s Dogma 2, I know ♑that once I hit credits I will beಌ ready for second helpings, so here’s exactly what I’d like to see.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 DLC Wishlist - New Races To Play As And Interact With

Dragon’s Dogm🍸a 2 takes place in a fantasy world with creatures bey🐓ond humans. In the base game alone, we come into contact and can play as humans, elves, and beastren - not to mention the myriad monsters and creatures to be found and fought against.

This means that there is more than enough justification to grow this roster further, either with new playable races or those we can interact with as part of future expansions. We’re blessed with cat people already, 💝so next in line could be bunny people, lizard people, or some sort of people that exist far outside the fantasy box I am liberally pulling from.

Dragon's Dogma 2 - Griffin Battle

Not only would new races come with distinct appearances and features, Dragon’s Dogma 2 has already shown it isn’t afraid to explore the societal implications of cওertain people with its narrative, and I hope that’s something future inclusions will touch on too.

But new races also demand anoᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚther addition which I’m not ♍sure they could do without, which is...

Dragon’s Dogma 2 DLC Wishlist - A Whole New Region To ExploreDragon's Dogma 2 - VernwerthIt wouldn’t feel natural for Dragon’s Dogma 2 to introdu༺ce a new playable race and simply pop them into 𓆏an existing world where the social and political dynamics are already defined.

That’s before you mention the work required to change the layout of NPCs and how they interact with the player. Instead, it would be wisest to have them introduced alongside a new region, perhaps one t꧒hey are native to where we’re free and able to interact with and perhaps even adopt their characteristics if we so choose.

Dragon's Dogma 2 - Golem in Battahl

Games like Final Fantasy 14 have done this in the past with several expansions, while other Capcom titles such as Monster Hunter: World have used expansions as an opportunity to not only expand on lore and chara✱cters, but introduce entirely new environmental factors like we saw with Iceborne, which remains one of the best expansions in recent years.

That’s precisely what I want to see from Dragon’s Dogma 2. The primary joy to be found in this game is picking a random direction on the map and going for it, regardless of what you encounter. This is where the best fights, treas🐲ures, and discoveries are to be found, and I can’t think of anything better than an expansion offering up that opportunity yet again.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 DLC Wishlist - Main Quests Which Actually Matter

Dragon's Dogma 2 - Throwing A Pig

I’ll be the first to admit that the main quests in Dragon’s Dogma 2 are somewhat lackinꦅg. You will meet interesting characters and take part in epic monster battles, but all the dialogue and stories contained therein feel like a means to an end more than anything el⛦se.

There is so much fun to be had in making up my own stories that I didn’t care about usurping the false Arisen or taking my place aꦰs the ruler of an entire kingdom. But that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be interested if the🐠 execution wasn’t so disappointing. Give me main characters and plots to care about that aren’t drenched in generic fantasy, something an expansion can likely get right if it takes place in a new region with new races and threats to contend with.

Dragon's Dogma 2 - Magick Archer killing a dragon

More immersive side quests that are more than defending and escorting random characters would be welcome too. It feels ridiculous that Dragon’s Do😼gma 2 doesn’t have monster hunts or marks for players to embark upon.

Perhaps Capcom doesn’t want to turn natural battles like this into scripted affairs you can only find by taking on a specific quest. Even so, there is a balance to be struck here tha🐼t I don’t think the bas𝔍e game quite manages.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 DLC Wishlist - New Vocations To Play As

Dragon's Dogma 2 - Magick Archer

Please add a Dancer vacation. I need to see my pawns bust a move. Jokes aside, tཧhere are so many potential options for vocations in Dragon’s Dogma 2, and expansions act as a key means to introduce them to players and theme them around specific worlds and characters.

This would open the doors for several new moves, new weapons, new equipment, and new opportunities for garish and gorgeous fashion. The base game already has a huge array of class-based gameplay options, but who's to say these can’t be expanded upon further?

Dragon’s Dogma 2 DLC - More Pawn Interactions

As charming as it might be, I’d love for them to stop saying the same damn thing over and over again. Yes, I know there𝕴’s a ladder over there. No, I don’t want you to lead me into a cave filled with spiders. I love my homies, but they can be a little much sometimes.
