These goo⛄ey monsters ooze around in the depths of caves, but you might find them roaming the roads too, and you had better be prepared for them if you come across one. If you aren't careful enough, you and your pawns might end up as a Slime's next meal.
Where To Find Slimes
Slimes are an enemy that you'll mostly find in caves, especially if there's any water in them, as they like to hide in pools or water or in corners, so they can ambush you and your pawns.
One specific location where you can find regular Slimes is along the shoreline near the campsite that's just outside of Harve Village.
can be found exclusively in Battahl, and they'll generally be inside caves in the area, while Magma Slimes only appear on Agamen Volcanic Island, particularly the Mountain Base Cave.
How To Kill Slimes
Slimes are an enemy with relatively low health, but they make up for it by being immune to non-elemental attacks, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:similar to Phantoms and Phantasms, and having a unique method of attack: using their bodies to envelop enemies.
If a Slime touches you, your pawns, or even an enemy, they'll quickly drain your stamina while slowing you down at the same time. You'll need to run and jump repeatedly to get free if that happens, or hit it ജwith a magical attack.
If you or your pawns run out of stamina while trapped inside a Slime, your health will quickly drain, and you will die unless the Slime is killed quickly enough.
You'll need to damage them with elemental attacks, and these can come from a number of sources:
- Any type of spell.
- Weapons that deal magic damage, such as wands, staffs, and magick bows.
- Being imbued with an elemental boon spell, such as Fire or Lightning Affinity.
- Or a weapon with a permanent element, like the for Rogue.
Hitting a Slime with magical damage will cause it to seize up and bubble, giving you or your pawns a chance to escape and making them freeze in place temporarily.
Ice Element is particularly effective against every type of Slime, and can freeze them in place, making it easier and more safe for ev🐼eryone to attac♕k them.
You can throw or lead small and medium enemies like Saurians into the Slimes and let the Slimes kill them to get rid of enemies and keep them off you.
Slime Variants
Slimes come in three variants – Regular, Oily, and Magma – but they all feature the same weakness of magical damage, ♍and immunity to p🍨hysical damage.
The only difference between the three is elemental reaction that occurs with Oily Slimes, and that Magma Slimes are immune to fire damage of any kind.
Oily Slimes will explode when hit with any sort of Fire damage, though they still ꦫtake a large amount of damage from it.
