That's where you, the Arisen, come in. Who bet🔴ter to help than a person who's less likely to die, and comes with helpers?

How To Start A Poisonous Proposal

This quest becomes available once you 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:reach the city of Bakbattahl, which you can get to by either (completing the main quest, Feast of Deception, or by sneaking into Battahl using a )

Beastren Masks can be purchased from several shops and merchants in Checkpoint Rest Town, particularly the Scrap Shop.

Head to the small living area on the edge of Bakbattahl near Battahl Rope Station One and The Rockmouse's Burrow tavern, and enter the home across from it.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a man named Jarle, and he'll quickly proposition you in regard to helping him with his medical research.

His first task for you will be to get poisoned by an Asp and then return to him while still poisoned.

How To Get Poisoned By An Asp

Asps are a fairly common enemy in Battahl, but you'll most often find them near rivers and water pools. They appear like large, purple-ish lizards with a haze around them, and wield spears like Saurians, t🀅heir sibling enemy.

You'll need to be afflicted by a particular Debilitation called Fulminant Poison, which occurs when you get hit by additional poisoning/blighting attacks while you're already blighted.

Locate some Asps, then either go into the fight solo and command your Pawns to Wait nearby, or engage in it normally and intentionally let the Asps blight you as much as possible with their attacks.

When you end up with Fulminant Poison, the quest will update, and you'll be able to kill the Asps normally. Head all the way back to Bakbattahl, and speak to Jarle while you're still poisoned.

Make sure any Pawns you bring with you don't have a Debilitation-healing item or spell such as High Celerity, so they don't🍷 heal it off of you early🦩.

He'll thank you for your assistance, and provide you with free healing that takes away the debilitation. Next, Jarle will ask you to get poisoned by a Venin Harpy, and come back to him while poisoned again.

How To Get Poisoned By A Venin Harpy

You won't have to go far from Bakbattahl to find Venin Harpies, as not only are they one of the more common enemies, but several groups of them can be found near Bakb✱attahl﷽.

  • Some can be found near Battahl Ropeway Central Station.
  • Another group can be found at the Crumbling Ruins.
  • And you'll generally find at least two to three if you travel along any of the roads nearby.

Use a similar strategy to the one used against the Asps, and let the Venin Harpies grab onto you and spray you with poison until you get poisoned by them, and the quest objective updates.

Finish off the harpies, then return to Jarle again while you're still poisoned for another interaction with him. He'll heal you again, and then he'll ask you for one last favorhelping him get poisoned instead.

How To Help Jarle Get Poisoned By A Chimera

After you speak with Jarle, he'll run off, and you'll need to meet him in an area of north of Bakbattahl, which you can reach by leaving via the northern exit in the Residential Ward.

Follow that road north until you reach a small cave off to the side of X, and you'll find Jarle waiting for you outside. Talk with him, then head into it with him, and you'll quickly come across a lone Chimera inside the cave.

For the most part, Jarle will keep away from the majority of the danger, but you'll need him to specifically get poisoned by the Snake's poison-spewing attack.

The best and safest method to get him poisoned is for you to let your Pawns fight, then grab Jarle and run him into the Snake's poison when you see the attack happening.

You may save a for this side quest in case Jarle ౠman꧃ages to die during the fight, as he will, at times, run toward the Chimera.

You can also fight the Chimera normally and then let Jarle run into one of its poison attacks while you and your Pawns distract the Lion and Goat heads.

As soon as he gets poisoned, Jarle will run out of the cave, leaving you to fight Chimera normally without fear of him dying. Once it's dead, return to Bakbattahl and talk to Jarle one more time.

How To Complete A Poisonous Proposal

Last thing you'll need to do for Jarle's quest is to let a few in-game days pass, generally around two to three days, then go back to his home and speak to him again.

Jarle will update you on the poison's effects, and you'll finally get a reward for all your hard work in the form of 19,000 Gold and a , which blocks 🐲blight from building up on you.
