The sandbox game has been the subject of much positive anticipation in recent months, especially after winning the award for Most Original Game and Best PS4 Game at August 🐷2019's GamesconDreams was announced back in 2015 during Sony Interactive Entertainment's press conferenc🥃e at that year's E3 but didn't see the light of day for a few more years. The game was eventually released for Early Access on PlayStation earlier this year to much critical acclaim.

In lieu of most games, Dreams' unique concept allows players to create their own games or play through games created by other players. Dreams executes its unique goal through the lens of a puzzle game. Players control an "imp" who guideಞs and assists them in creating items and characters to populate their unique world, as well as manipulating objects to their satisfaction. The imp can also take on any shape or look the player desires thanks to the game's customization feature.

Early players have already turned themselves into solo video game developers and recreated favorites such as Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy VII, and Star Wars: Rogue Squadron utilizing Dreams' incredibly and accessible technology. And that's only the beginning. Once the game is officially released next spring to the general public, anything will be possible. Want to recreate the joy of an old retro game you can't find anywhere anymore? Dreams has got you covered. Just like the actual pictures that play in our heads when we sleep, if you can believe it, you can "Dreams" it.

Dreams will be released for PlayStation 4 on February 14, 2020. T🃏he ꦏgame is available for pre-order now.
