Some resources, like Copper and Granite, you can find in the wild. But, for Steel or Steel Ingot, there's a whole process that needs to be done.

First, the metal is made out of other resources. So you'ꦚll need to find the following ingr🦂edients to make it.

  • 4 Carbon Ore
  • 1 Iron Ingot
  • 50 ml of Water

Carbon Ore

Carbon Ore is extracted from Carbon stone piles found throughout the Eastern Vermillius Gap region, which is north of the starter area of Hagga Basin South. The rock piles will have crystals sticking out of them. Their distinct appearance makesꦬ them easier to s🎃pot.

To mine for Carbon Ore, you'll need the Cutteray Mk2.

There will also be some Carbon Ore lying on the ground next to the large piles. You don't need to mine them. Sim🗹ply pick the Carbon Ore up, and it'll go into your backpack.

Iron Ingot

To obtain an Iron Ingot, you'll need to refine it from an Iron Ore. To get this resource, locate an Iron stone pile located in the Eastern Vermillius Gap. You can tell a stone pile is an Iron one because it'll have white rocks all over it.

Once you've found an Iron stone pile, use the Cutteray Mk 1 to break it down.🌞🅺 This will yield a high amount of Iron Ore.

Afterward, head to your base and make a Small Ore Refinery if you don't have one. Then, put the Iron Ore in the refin🅰ery to convert it into an Iron Ingot.
