Three of the primary spellcaster classes in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dungeons & Dragons have received new archetype options in the latest Unearthed Arcana article, as clerics can now choose the Twilight Domain, druids can follow the Ci💧rcle of Wildfire, and wizards can learn the Arcane Tradition of Onomancy.
The staff who have worked on the latest edition of Dungeons & Dragons have released new c♒ontent in the Unearthed Arcana section of the website for the game. The most significant of these was a total reworking of the ranger class which has become standard for most groups, as the original ranger was seen as weak compa💛red to the other martial classes in the game.
The latest article has new options for the cleric, druid and wizard classes to take as their archetype. Clerics now have access to the Twilight Domain, which would be fitting for worshipers of gods like Selune, Pelor, and Solinari. The Twilight Domain starts out strong, as the user has incredible darkvision that they can grant to other characters and its level one ability can give players advantage on their Initiative check. The second level Twilight Domain ability creates a sphere around the caster that can cure the charmed status and grand 1d8 temporary hit points, which is also a powerful ability. The seventeenth level ability of the Twilight Domain is a bit of a dud, as it only grants immunity to the darkness spell if they cast it (which can be given to other players as well), but the darkness s♈pell is🐓 hardly a factor at such a high level of play.
Druids can now become members of the Circle of Wildfire when they reach level two, which gives them access to several new spells, most notably raise dead a🌃t෴ level nine. Circle of Wildfire druids can summon creatures made of flame that can ignite everything around them, as well as gaining spells that heal through fire. The fourteenth level ability of the Circle of Wildfire archetype is Blazing Endurance, which allows the caster to survive a mortal blow and come back with hit points equal to five times their druid level, as well as dealing 2d10 damage to all nearby opponents.
Wizards can now choose Onomancy aﷺs their Arcane Tradition and it has nothing to do with convincing John Lennon to marry them. Onomancy is a return of one of the most hated classes from third edition - the Truenamer. The Onomancer has the power to learn the true names of individuals and can use that to empower their spells. Onomancers can eventually use this knowledge to deal extra damage to their targets, remove their protective spells, or ignore cover.
The new archetypes for the cleric, druid, and wizard contain some powerful new abilities and are helpful to those who are looking for more options that are present outside of the Player's Handbook.
