Uniting the players through a shared disaster, as the people who step up to help, is an exciting start to their tale. Alternatively, they might have all arrived at the asteroid's dock during a Gathyanki attack. A meteor shower could be peppering the town with flaming balls of minerals. Whatever you decide, this map is very helpful when starting a campaign.
9 ⛦ 🐈 I Woke Up Like This

Suddenly, the world lurches, and you're flipped out of a hammock and onto the decking. Ultimately, untold power and fortune can be used as a lure from the gods themselves. This is a fun way to get the ball rolling for groups that enjoy in-character discussions.
7 ♍ St꧂randed In Space
It's the end of an era. Your adventuring party has vanquished their Big Bad Evil Guy (BBEG) and saved the world. Every member is at an incredibly high level, with powerful weapons and spells, and now it's time to retire. Until the BBEG's contingency plan comes into play, that is, and each character is cursed. Suddenly, they're thrown into the skies, through the atmosphere, past clouds and stars, until they stop to drift above the world.
The party has been cursed never to return to their planet again. They'll never see their families or reap the rewards of their lifetime of questing. A ship might be sailing by and pick them up, or maybe the gravity field of a huge creature could pull them along. From here, they may look for a way to break a curse or start anew on another planet.
6 Worlds Collide 🍌
A quiet day is playing out for each of the characters. Whatever their usual lives entail is unwinding naturally. Then the world splits open. Clouds of dust fill the air, and shock waves throw oceജans into tumult. When things settle down, the players all see a gigantic rock stuck into the side of their own planet. An impossibly large crater has formed around the point of impact. However, if you squint, you can see people walking about, looking up at you too.
An alien planet has collided with your own, throwing both of🧔f course and destroying huge areas. The party now has the chance to literally step onto another world, and together must find out how this happened and what the long-term consequences might be.
5 ⛄ Keep It Simple 🍌
At the end of the day, why change what works? The multiverse has thousands of taverns with casts of NPCs made up of races you've never seen or heard of before, but they have 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:similar problems as back home. Clockwork Horrors have infested the tavern's cellar and are destroying casks of ale, or a local bandit is graffiti-ing lewd slogans on the walls at night, or even Mrs. Sputnik, the cute Dohwar from next door, has lost her galactic kitty and could do with a band of adventurers to help find him.
For decades, inns have brought travelers together and ✅presented them with ♔a common goal, bonding them for life. Who is to say that has to only apply to your home planet? Aliens need local jobs done, too.
4 Next Step
A relatively simple spell has gone completely wrong. A🐠 portal home, or a public teleportation circle in the city, has malfunctioned and spat out a bunch of people into a pocket dimension, then been closed up. Holes regularly yawn open in the floor, providing a peek into Wildspace Systems far removed from their own. The world here is flat and unending, with few structures and seemingly no life forms.
If they explore it, your party w🗹ill discover cities lost in time, dead gods from both the distant future and the beginning of existence, and high-level mages on holi🌞day. These people may be friendly or hostile, but they come here to get away from their own reality. Your players can decide to jump through a hole and end up wherever you wish to lead them next.
3 Following A Star 💧
When you wish upon a star, sometimes you end up in space. A bright twinkling has caught the attention of your players, seen from different parts of the galaxy, and inspired them for different reasons. The devout may assume it's a sign from their god, and a wayward soul may feel it leads to their redemption. However, the characters choose to feel about it, they all set off from home and convene when the star falls to the ground somewhere far off and new.
And then, the star talks. A mission enters the minds of those who followed its descent, set by a celestial spirit trapped within a glowing rock. What's next is up to you.
2 ღ The Belly Of The Beast 🍌

The most recent snack might still be panicking, but the other players have been there a while and have gotten used to life within. Blinking to consciousness, your party looks down to see themselves in a uniform of sorts. They're surrounded by other dazed individuals, some carrying papers, others sitting at machines.
