Just a few days after Penguin Random House 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:accidentally revealed to the world that Wizards of the Coast was creating a new 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dungeons & Dragons sourcebook based on Greek mythology, the company has -- and havღe released some further details about its contents.
The sourcebook, titled Mythic Odyssies of Theros, will be based around the Magic the Gathering world of Theros, a setting that is influenced by the themes, monsters and heroes featured in Greek myths. The setting is rife with gods, demigods, mortals and monsters, with imagery that would not seem out of place in Clash of the Titans or Jason and the Argonauts.
The setting is actually one that's been recently re-visited in the card game, with Theros Beyond Death having been released as recently as January 2020.

According to the release, players will be able to ally with one of the setting's fifteen gods and choose fro🌊m a variety of supernatural gifts as they make their way the underworld, the temples of the oracles, and the realms of the gods in a bid for immortal favor.
The setting will in🐬clude new creatures to play as, including the maned leonins and the goat-footed satyrs, and will allow players to get their hands on "god-weapons," which can be either gifted by or stolen from one of the realm's many deities. There will also be new sub-classes included, such as the Bard’s College of Eloquence and the Paladin’s Oath of Heroism.
The official page doesn't list many of the monsters that players will face, save for a mention ꦛof titans and the depiction of a hydra on the cover. However, there's a good chance that most creatures seen in the card game will make their way to the sourcebook.
Despite what the original leak indicated, it doesn't look like the book will be coming out on May 19. According to Wizards of the Coast, the book will make its 🐼way to store shelves on June 2. It will cost $49.95.
