Epic Boons don't appear often in a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dungeons & Dragons campaign, but thanks to One D&D, they're in the spotlight. In 5e they are similar to feats, but they're extremely overpowered. The idea here is that they work as rewards for 20th-level players by doing something epic, like helping a God with a quest, with Epic Boons the way the God could reward them.

A player can only have one epic boon and the DM chooses which boon they'll give, although there's nothing stopping the DM giving more than one at levels lower than 20. Still, beware; you could make your players too powerful. That said, there are many interesting options, so here you'll see the coolest ones around.

Honorable Mention: Ability Score Increase

Not technically an Epic Boon, this is worth mentioning, especially if giving players multiple rewards to fit the situation at hand. This feat will do two very important things, considering characters will allegedly be at level 20. They'll get two extra points to add to an ability score of their choosing, allowing them to become more powerful even though they're maxed out. More importantly, it will change the character's maximum ability score of 20 to 30.

Getting a few of those would mean the player could actually pull off a legitimate 30-Strength Barbarian or a 30-Intelligence Wizard, for instance. That would give you a +10 on attack rolls (technically 16 because of your proficiency) ♏and damage rolls, meaning that, at this point, why are you even ro💮lling the die?

10 🎀 🌃 Boon Of Speed

This littl𝐆e boon will also give you two different perks. It increases your overall movement by 30ft (o🌸r nine meters) and allows you to use both Dash or Disengage as a bonus action, though you can only do that once per short rest.

This isn't useful for every single class, but it is still nice to pull these things off in a bonus action, even if it's only occasionally. You can create some fun builds around this too — imagine giving 30 extra feet of movement to a monk, for instance. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Give them an Athlete feat to prevent falling, and nothing is going to stop them. Still, many spells can assist with the extra mo🐷vement, making this one a bit situational.

9 Boon Of Fire Soul/Stormborn 🅘

These two compete with each other for being rather similar, only changing the elements involved in them. Fire Soul makes you immune to fire damage and allows you to use Burning Hands free🌞ly, with a 15 DC. Stormborn gives you lightning and thunder immunity, and lets you use Thunderwave freely, also with a 15 DC.

Though one gives you two immunities over just one, fire is more common than lightning or thunder in spells and creatures. Ultimately it depends a lot more on which of these immunities fits the character's style better.

Immunity to disease and poison is all fine and good, as it is also a common atta⭕ck type among creatures. To make it all better, you also have an advantage any time you have to roll Constitution saving throws.

It allows you to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网💝:resist a lot of different types of attack, such as lightning damage, and it will also make it di⛎fficult for 💜you to lose your concentration. With that said, the concentration part can be obtained through War Caster as well, so you still have more interesting options for spellcasters.

7 ♏ 𓂃 Boon Of Luck

In case Halfling's Lucky and the Lucky and Bountiful Luck feats aren't enough for you, you can add this one to the list — or at least the DM can.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Once per short rest, whenever you use an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check, you can roll an extra d10 and add it up to the overall value. Though it's only one use, the fact it doesn't require a long rest makes it powerful, so this boost is very welcome.

6 ꧟ Boonꦐ Of Undetectability

Though it doesn't possess the same raw power as some previous entries, the beauty of this boon is that it is constantly activated, working as a passive ability. First, it gives you a plus ten to any Stealth checks, and that is permanent. Add that to a 20-Dexterity Rogue with Expertise in Stealth, and you have a beautiful +27 right here. Any value below ten on the die is treated as a ten at this point by Rogues, and we're not even counting the ability score increases from the honorable mention.

That's not all. You also get a free pass against divination spells. They can no longer target or detect you, and it specifically includes scrying sensors on its description, making you pretty much a ghost (without actually killing you, like normal ghosts).

5 ಞ Bꦍoon Of Spell Mastery

Going back to casting spells, this one is another powerful entry. You choose one Wizard, Sorcerer, or Warlock first-leveꦏl spell you can al⛦ready cast, and then, from now on, you can cast the chosen spell without using a spell slot. Forever.

Though it's only one spell and a low-level one at that, the fact it becomes free to use is very powerful. Imagine giving that to Shield, for example. Essentially, the spell becomes a cantrip to you, and depending on the spell, that's very useful.

4 Boon Of Spell Recall 𝄹

This one is a free pass on using spells. That's it. Whenever you use one of your spells, you can simply choose not to spend a spell slot in the process. Of course, it's not like you can do that whenever wherever, for obvious reasons.

After using this powerful boon, you'll have to do a long rest to use it again. Still, a high-level spellcaster could use an extra ninth-level spell here, or some emergency use from a level you wasted all spell slots already.

3 Boon Of Magic Resist🐎ance

This one is simple to explain, as the name is very self-explanatory. It is what it is, you get magic resistance. And that applies to both damage and other conditions, so it's both damage halved and advantage against effects.

There are quite a few resistances here in the Epic Boons (and some immunities), but this one takes the prize among them. Considering that you and your party are all maxed level, almost all damage you'll receive from this point onward is magic related, meaning resistance can be quite handy.

2 Bo♏on Of Fate ༒

Take everything written down on the Boon of Luck entry, and add to it a co✱uple of twists. The idea is the same, a d10 on attack rolls, saving throws, or ability checks, once per short rest. But there are two key differences.

The first is that you can't apply it to yourself. Instead, you can apply it to any other creature you see within 60ft (18m). The second difference is that your d10 result can be either a boost or a penalty, depending on your choice. You can choose to use it to help a friend or screw over an enemy.

1 🐈 Boon Of High Magic ﷺ

Once more into the magic realm, here we have another powerful way to make spellcasters more overpowered than they already ♊are. However, to be eligible for this one you need to have a ninth-level spell slot, so not everyone can get this one just because they can cast spells.

Ninth-level spells are powerful, sometimes broken, and can be a total game-changer, which is why you only get one spell slot. Well, not anymore. This boon gives you another ninth-level spell slot, and that's about it. Simple, but being able to cast two spells from this level is a lot.
