MCM London Comic Con is coming up, and Pokemon fans might want to ensure they've got tickets. Besides tables, displays, and celebrity appearances, will also be presenting their newest Poke Ball replicas, including the best Poke Ball of them all.
Yes, the Dusk Ball looks just as good in real life as it does in video games. The Wand Company will be showcasing their entire range of Poke Balls at London Comic Con, which will include the Dusk Ball as of October 22. That's when pre-orders go live. They'll also provide a sneak peek at the upcoming Premier Ball, which will arrive this holiday season, and the Heal Ball, coming in early 2022.
If you've never seen one of these Poke Ball replicas, take a look at the video below. Each ball is die-cast in a metal shell with an extremely shiny lacquer finish. There's also a proximity sensor in the ball so the button glows when someone gets close. Touch the button and it will start the Pokemon capture sequence of glowing bright white, then red, then green.
Each Poke Ball replica comes in a presentation case and is authenticated by a numbered hologram. There's also a stainless steel ring that acts as a ball holder.
So far, The Wand Company has recreated the Pok🦄e Ball, Master Ball, Great Ball, ဣand Ultra Ball.
Note that these balls are collectible replicas and are not intended to be thrown. Throwing 🍃these balls can damage their sensors a𝓰nd would really hurt if you hit someone.
They're also not cheap. Amazon has the regular Poke Ball listed for , which is more money than you should be throwing at someone. The Wand Company didn’t say how much the Dusk Ball would be priced at, but we’re expecting something similar.
P♍re-orders go on sale on Octobe🦋r 22 at 10 AM BST (5 AM EST).
