How To Defeat The Revenant
Revenants are the type of infected you don't want to face unprepared, as one single blow from them can easily take out a ☂good chunk of your health. Before going into detail, here are some general tips to keep in mind:
Stack Up On UV Shroomz Or Immunity Boosters
The Revenant will only come out at night, and there won't be any UV lamps in the area, so you'll need to keep an eye on 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Aiden's immunity levels during the fight. Using UV 𝓰shroomz or immunity booste🎀rs is an excellent way to keep your immunity up.
Bring Tons Of Military Medkits Or Medicine
Fighting a Revenant is no easy feat, so keep on hand healing resources to patch you up during the fight. Keep in mind that Military Medkits will give you more health (and in less time) t💃han regular Medicine.
Check The GRE Anomaly Level Before Going There
You can check this on your map in the top left portion of the anomaly card. The higher the level, the tougher the fight.
Wait Until You Have Better Weapons Before Completing GRE Anomalies
While you can complete these activities pretty much from the start of the game, you should wait until you have good-level gear and weapons to make sure it's a fair fight. In the meantime, you can find inhibitors in several other game areas.
Now, let's get into the strategy you should follow to kill these monsters.
Use Good Melee Weapons
The best way to kill Revenants quickly is to attack them with high damaging melees weapons. The problem is that Revenants can cover a great distance in just a few seconds, so they'll be jumping around a lot, making it hard for you to follow them around.
If you choose to use melee, keep an eye out for their🃏 close attack.
Use Ranged Weapons
You won't get your first bow until you reach the Central Loop, but once you do, you can pretty much kill anything in the game from a distance if you have enough arrows. Using the Crossbow also works, but you won't get this weapon until you've assigned several facilities to the Peacekeepers.
If you keep 🌱your distance, the Revenant will throw ye🍷llow acid phlegm at you (similar to what Spitters do). Dodge them every time you can.
Keep An Eye Out For The Other Infected
Perhaps one of the most distinctive features of the Revenant is that it can summon a yellow mist that will spawn Biters and Virals. Dealing with these infected is easy, but you need to kill them throughout the fight, or they will become🧔 too much to handle.
What Happens When You Defeat The Revenant
To successfully complete the GRE Anomaly, you have to kill the Revenant (by the way, killing it won't automatically kill the infected it summoned). After doing so, open and search the nearby military container to find the GRE crate with inhibitors.
