It's been a while since we've had a new Dynasty Warriors game, and Omega Force finally seems to have delivered with Dynasty Warriors Origin. Unfortunately, not a lot of details were made known during the trailer, but we did get to see a bunch of fast-paced gameplay, showcasing the main character commanding massive armies and also taking to the fight themselves with some fancy martial arts skills.

After the trailer, it was announced that Dynasty Warriors Origins will be launching at some point in 2025, so it seems like we'll be waiting a little while before we get to experience Omega Force's frenetic action once again. At least this means 2025 is getting even more stacked than it already is, with Pokemon Legends: Z-A, Monster Hunter Wilds, and GTA 6 all scheduled to release during that same year.

Of course, Dynasty Warriors: Origins wasn't the only exciting announcement made during PlayStation's State of Play showcase, as we did get some actual release dates.
