EA has reportedly cancelled an unannounced single-player game set in the shared 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Titanfall and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Apex Legends universe, codenamed Titanfall Legends.Yesterday, EA announඣced that it was sunsetting Apex Legends Mobile and Battlefield Mobile, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:alongside delay♑ing Star Wars Jedi: Survivor by six weeks. As it turns out, the company also cancelled a third title, a single-player game set in the Titanfall universe that had previously been hinted at but never formally announced.Related: Apex L♛ege♏nds’ Hardcore Mode Showed Me I’m Not As Bad As I Think, the game was codenamed Titanfall Legends (or TFL) and was set to be a single-player game directed by veteran designer Mohammed Alavi, best-known for his work on the first two Modern Warfare titles. Alavi left Respawn in early 2022, although it seems that development on the project continued for some time. Wh🌟en Alavi left the project, and that it was expected to be released by 2025 at the latest.

Bloomberg also reports that a team of 50 Respawn employees were worki꧙ng on the unannounced game, and that EA is searching for positions within the company for them to be moved to. Those who can't be moved will be given severance packages and get laid off, according to those familiar with the game.

EA never formally announ✨ced Titanfall Legends, but it did previously confirm that Mohammed Alavi was leading a new game for the studio. Job listings on Respawn's website referred to the game as an "Apex universe FPS incubation project". Although it wasn't confirmed at the time to be Alavi's project, it seems likely that the li𓄧stings were referring to Titanfall Legends.
