EA's FIFA 21 added new attacking mechanics to make the gameplay feel more fluid. While this has made it somewhat different from the previous installment, there is no denying that most purchase the newest editions for the live 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ultimate Team content. Players are given upgrades or downgrades dependent on how they performed in realꦬ-life.

Naturally, this means people from the likes of Liverpool and Bayern Munich have been given significant boosts, as those teams won their respective leagues. Even players from clubs who haven't achieved much si꧃lverware can be upgraded, providing they had an outstanding season. However, this doesn't mean the ratings are perfect. In fact, there are many which make no sense at all.

10 Makes No Sense: Jadon Sancho ꦿ

Jadon Sancho in FIFA 20

Borussia Dortmund and England winger Jadon Sancho lit the Bundesliga on fire last season. Despite recording his best season (for both goals and assists) and his blistering pace, his 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:FIFA 21 rating doesn't quite make sense.

Sancho went from an 💦83 to an 87, yet his pace was nerfed by -5. He did receive an extra +5 to passing and a minor +2 boost to his shooting, bu✨t his card still looks underwhelming for an 87. While the overall upgrade itself makes sense, the stats really don't reflect his season.

9 Ma🦩kes Sense: Alphonso Davies

Alphonso Davies in FIFA 21

Canadian teenager Alphonso Davies 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:took the sporting world by storm last season. He managed to cement himself as a ဣregular first-choice ꦜleft-back for Bayern Munich and even won the treble with the Bundesliga giant.

Davies received a huge overall boost, going from a 72 to an 81. Many would question whether or not he should be higher based on Bayern's success. However, the Canadian's rating upgrade is pretty substaꦯntial considering just how early on in ဣhis career he is.

8 Makes No Sense: Roberto Fi﷽rmino

Sadio Mane, Mohammed Salah, and Roberto Firmino in FIFA 21

There is no questioning that on his day, Roberto Firmino is a quality soccer player. Given that Liverpool won the Premier League, it was expected that many of their stars would be 𝔍boosted. However, Firmino really didn't have the best outing last season.

By his standard, the nuꩲmbers Firmino put out were pretty low. In fact, his tally of 12 goals is the lowest he's recorded since his debut season. Firmino is integral to the team, and goals aren't always everything, but they're p🤡retty important for a center forward.

7 Makes Sense: Erling🅺 Braꦫut Haaland

Erling Braut Haaland in FIFA 21

Much like Alphonso Davies, Erling Braut Haaland was꧙ catapulted into the stratosphere last season. Before joining Borussia Dortmund from FC Red Bull Salzburg, there were rumors of him signing for Manchester United. He ultimately wound up joini🦋ng the Bundesliga side.

To say that Haaland has been nothing shy of prolific so far is an understatement. His refreshed Dortmund card was given a 79 rating part-way through last year. He is now 84 and it is fully deserved. Some might say it's too low, but he hasn't been on the map all t🅰hat long.

6 ღ Makes No Sense: Danny Ings

Danny Ings in FIFA 20

Danny Ings has been criminally underrated by EA. He may not play for the best team nor is he necessa🉐rily the flashiest player, but he certainly delivered for Southampton last year.

Ings banged in 22 goals for the Saints in their last campaign. To put ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚthat into perspective, only Jamie Vardy – rated 86 – exceeded this number. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was able to match it, and he even has a higher rating than Vardy. Given that Ings doesn't even play for a top-six side, based on last season, his rating should be far higher than 80. Ings' rating in FIFA 20 was 79.

5 Makes Sense: Trent Alexander-Arnold 💞 ꦏ

Trent Alexander-Arnold in FIFA 21

Trent Alexander-Arnold is an player. The Liverpool and England right-back has enjoyed much success with the Anfiel🉐d club. Having won the Premier League last year, Alexander-Arnold definitely deserves his upgrade from 83 to 87.

However, in spite of the wo⛦rthy upgrade, Alexander-Arnold didn't receive a speed boost. This is strange in itself because Trent is a fairly fast player. Still, the overall upgrade was deserved.

4 Makes No Sense: Mason Greenwood 🦩

Mason Greenwood in FIFA 21

Despite being 19, Mason Greenwood has quickly cemented himself as a fantastic player for Manchester United. This is partially reflected in his 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:FIFA 21 rating, which is up by 10 from last year. However, that isn't to say there aren't issues with 🍰the upgrade.

RELATED: 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:EA: 10 Best Sports Games, Ranked

Greenwood is quite quick in real-life, yet he only has a pace rating of 81 this year. Havingꦑ played around 31 games in the league for United last season, you would have thought that maybe his rating would better reflect🏅 his presence in the squad. It really should be higher.

3 ꦅ Makes Sense: Bukayo Sa🅷ka

Bukayo Saka in FIFA 21

19-year old Bukayo Saka has been something ꧒of a revelation in a tumultuous Arsenal squad. He is very versatile an💫d has been played all across the park for the Gunners. He even managed to break into the England national team. Saka was boosted by 10 overall points this year, making him a 75 rated player.

It may be strange to see such an influential player being rated so low, but he is early on in his career. Given that is capable of playing in many positions, it would be hard to gi💙ve him balanced stats without making Saka too overpowered. This especially true for a player that needs at least another season before a high-rated card could be given to him.

2 🥂 Makes No Sense: Jordan Henderson

Jordan Henderson and Virgil Van Dijk vs Man City in FIFA 21

Jordan Henderson is a polarising player. Reg💦ardless of someone's opinion, he has been incredibly important in the Liverpool team. As his team won the league, Henderson's upgrade is justifiable. The midfielder was boosꦇted from an 83 to an 86, but this is where the issue lies.

To put it into context, players such as Thomas Muller, Marco Verratti, and Alejandro Gomez are 86 rated. Then there are players like Frenkie de Jong, Marco Reus, and Kai Havertz who are rated lower. Henderson is a fantastic player, but is he on par or better than those listed above? Not really. But this is more of an 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:issue with EA's rating system than anything else.

1 Makes Sense: Robert Lewandoღwski

Robert Lewandowski in FIFA 21

Without question, the most deserved upgrade in FIFA 21 belongs to Robert Lewandowski. The Poland and Bayern Munich striker is one of the most complete players in his position across the world. Lewandowski is usually rated high on FIFA but is often given little pace. This makes him largely unusable in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:competitive esports events throughout the annual FIFA cycle.

No other player has performed as well as Lewandowski in 2020. His fans will feel bitt💎er that in the one year he genuinely had a chance to win the prestigious award, the Ballon D'or was canceled. Still, his upgrade from 89 to 91 could not be more deserved. Some could argue that he should be the highest rated in the game, but that doesn't detract from 𝓡his worthiness for an upgraded rating.
