The rankings system released by EA for  is a different system to the star rating system wh🌳ere a fighter’s abilities are measured on a maximum score of 5. While the star rating system does a good job♚ of encouraging players to try out different fighters, it can lead to some confusion when it comes to EA’s top 50 fighters rankings.

Naturally, when a ranking system is released that rates a fighter’s abilities based on accomplishments inside the Octagon, not all fans are g⛄oing to be pleased with the results. For the most part, EA did an admirable job, especially with placing Amanda Nunes in the number one spot. However, there are🍨 some placements in EA’s rankings that make absolutely no sense at all.

10 ❀ Paulo Costa – Rank 49 ♏

It seems very strange that the current number two contender for the Middleweight title Paulo Costa is ranked second from last according to the game. The Brazilian powerhouse is set to fight for the belt in September 2020 at UFC 253 against the168澳洲幸运5开奖网: current champ Israel Adesanya and is a 😼legitimate threat to the titleholder who is ranked number 6 in the game.

Costa is undefeated with 13 wins, 11 of which came by knockout and has a win over Yoel Romero who accorꦬding to the game is ranked at number 💞31.

9 🔴 ꦜ Ronda Rousey – Rank 44

There’s taking away the fact that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ronda Rousey was a true pioneer for the women’s divisions in the UFC. The former O🅰lympian an💖d Judo practitioner became a household name after racking up 12 wins in the UFC, Strikeforce, and other smaller organizations.

She went on to star in movies like 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fast & Furious and The Expendables 3 and became a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:top performer in the WWE. However, even ranked as low as 44 but placi♌ng her higher than Tatiana Suarez who is ranked number 3 in Strawweight division is ridiculous. She’s a legend in the sport but it’s unlikely she would break the top ten.

8 Du෴stin Poirier – Rank 43 🔜

Dustin Poirier being ranked at number 43 proves that as great a game UFC 4 is, far too many of its fighters are ranked based on their popularity and status. His real-world rankings have him placed at number 9 in the division with a r🎀ecent loss to the current champion Khabib Nurmagomedo🌞v.

In addition, Poirie♋r has a win over the current Interim Lightweight champion Justin Gaethje who holds a number 18 spot in the game’s ratings.

7 Colby Covington – Rank 40 💦

While it is true that Colby Covington is one of the more controversial figures in the UFC, he is also one of the most talented. He had an amazing fight against current Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman and in spite of the loss, he still considered the𝄹 best fight♑er in the division behind Usman.

Covington is officially ranked as number 3 in the UFC Welterweight rankings and has on⭕ly suffered two losses i🌟n the UFC in six years. He should absolutely be in the top 20 rankings in the game at the very least.

6 ꦚ Robert Whittaker – Rank 29

Former Middleweight champion Robert Whittaker is currently the number one contender for the Middleweight belt and by rights should be facing the winner of ღthe Israel Adesanya vs. Paula Costa. He has only 🌸lost once in six years and is back in title contention after a win over Darren Till.

Despite getting outclassed in his fight with Adesanya, Whittaker is still a legitimate threat to the belt and could have more success ♛in a potential rematch if he implements his ground game.

5 🌼 Tony Ferguson – Rank 24

Ton💖y Ferguson is one of the most talented and popular fighters in the world. He has an incredible record and is always ready for war in the Octagon. He was meant to challenge for the Lightweight belt against Khabib Nurmagomedov on several occasions but all flights were canceled.

It also makes no sense that he places higher than Tony Ferguson who has lost only one fight out of 13, 🧸a former interim titleholder, and is the number 3 in official UFC Lightweight rankings is placed lower than Conor McGregor.

4 ಞ Conor McGregor – Rank 20

There’s no denying that Conor McGregor is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:one of the most well-known fighters in the world and still has a striking game that could be a match for anyone in the Lightweight division. However, he hasn’t fought any top contenders since his loss to Khabib Nurmagomedov and has only fought twice in two years and was stripped of the belt due to i🧸nactivity having never defended a championsh🍌ip.

He’s a talented fighter, fu🌳ture legend, and big draw but McGregor should be fighting and beating fighters that are still active on the roster instead of placing higher than them.

3 Dani🦂el Cormier – Rank 16 🃏

Despite losing back-to-back fights against the curren꧙t Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic, Daniel Cormier is still one of the greatest fighters to set foot in the Octagon. He held both the Light Heavyweight and Heavyweight titles at the same time and was once considered the number one pound for pound fighter in ꧋the world.

Cormier has only ever lost to two fighters in his career, Stipe Miocic, and Jon Jones two fighters that many consider being the best🏅 on the planet. Cormier should be ranked in the top ten without question.

2 🌄 Demetrius Johnson – Rank 11 ಌ

Demetrious Johnson is one of the feastest fighters in the game

Ranking at number 11 even though he’s no longer fighting for the UFC is still a great achievement for the former Flyweight Champion Demetrius Johnson. H🤪e claimed the win in the ONE Flyweight Grand Pri▨x and is set to challenge for the One Flyweight Championship.

Johnson was considered to be the pound-for-pound best fighter in the world and was the most dominant champion in the Flyweight division until he was dethroned by Henry Cejudo. George St-Pierre placing 9th when he’s not currently active and Demetrius placinಌg below him don’t make any sense at all.

1 🥃 George St-Pierre – Rank 9

George St-Pierre is without a doubt one of the best and well-rounded fighters on the planet. He was as good on his feet as was on 🐓the ground and successfully defended the Welterweight title 9 times before retiring as the reigning champion. GSP even came out of retirement to defeat Michael Bisping f﷽or the Middleweight belt making a two-division champion before vacating and retiring again three years ago.

GSP is a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:legend in the sport, one of the best fighters in the game to pick and deserves his star rating but to rank higher than the current Welterweight champion Kamaru Usman seems a bit unrealistic, especially as Usman would likely be the odds on favor๊ite if they were to fight now.
