Above all that, one of the more interesting tidbits to have emerged from FIFA 22's first couple of weeks is the news that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:it might not be called FIFA in the fu༒tꦓure. That was hinted at in the same statement boasting FIFA 22's early numbers last week.

EA Sports' Cam Weber revealed that EA is exploring the possibility of switching up the long-running series' naming rights. FIFA has been a video game staple since the very first edition launched all the way back in 1994. It's hard to imagine what the games would even be called should EA opt to go through with a name change. However, recent trademark filings might suggest one of the ideas EA is exploring.

Renaming a series that is almost 30 years old would be an incredibly bold move. You'd think that EA has to have something in mind to even admit it is considering a name change. Either it has an idea in place, or its deal with FIFA is up for renewal and it's fishing for an improved agreement starting in 2022. Right now, there's every possibility we could all be playing EA Sports FC '23 this time next year.
