In this area, you can recruit a hero called Carrie by following a specific method (more on this below). Once you finish recruiting her, you'll also un💯lock the fast travel ability. The best part about this is that you don't need to place her in your party to access this mechan⛄ic.
This happens because she gives you her ring, which allows you to fast travel even when she isn't present.
Once you've recruited Carrie, you can head back over to the world map and press on the region you'd like to teleport to. Select yes on the confirmation screen and you'll be teleported just outside of the selected area. However, it's i🌌mportant to remember that you can't teleport when you're inside a dungeon.
These dungeons can be identified with a special yellow-colored symbol on the map. If you're stuck deep in a dungeon, you can use a Runeshard of Return to get to the entrance, exit the dungeon, and then teleport.
How To Recruit Carrie
The process to recruit Carrie is quite simple, but it's also easy to get stuck midway. You essentially have to visit three different locations on the Hishahn map in the correct order, as shown above. The first spot is the left vert🍷ical passage among the two you can f♐ind in the middle.
The second spot is the top of the right passage in the middle, while the third one is the right vertical bridge at the bottom of the map. Once y✃ou meet Carrie for the third time, she'll join you and give you her ring.
