This unique ranged weapon can be found at Fringefolk Hero's Grave upon defeating the main baddie there; the chariot. It won't be an easy task acquiring this Holy weapon but you will be rewarded with a great new weapon for your arsenal. When combined with an Arcane build, the Crossbow becomes quite viable since Bleed scales with Arcane.
