Elden Ring 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:has overtaken Gran Turismo 7 for its second week of sales in the UK. Gran Turismo might have had a good start, but PlayStation's returned racing game still can't quite compare to FromSoft's open-world masterpiece.

That's according to using GSD digital sales data. Elden Ring's overall sales were down 61% from its launch week, but that's still very good for a single-player game of this type. It means that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Elden Ring is enjoying strong word-of-mouth advertisin𒅌g and those who were on the fence about getting Elden Ring at launch have decided to ta𝔍ke the plunge.

Most of Elden Ring's sales were still on PlayStation at 42%, with Xbox sales totaling 32% and PC sales totaling 26%.

Gran Turismo 7

Gran Turismo 7 comes in second place on the UK digital sales charts. Most of GT7's sales were digital at 57%, and GamesIndustry notes that digital sales were almost three times the number of 2017's Gran Turismo Sport.

The vast majority of GT7's sales were on the PlayStation 5 (78%), putting Gran Turismo 7 as the platform's third-largest launch after Elden Ring and Horizon Forbidden West. Although, the launch numbers between all three are reportedly very close.

Even though Elden Ring was perhaps 2022's most hyped game, FromSoftware creative director 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Hidetaka Miyazaki was 🌸apparently🌺 still anxious about Elden Ring's release.

"It's the same for all past titles, not just this one, but it's not a very pleasant time," Miyazaki said of the days leading to the game's launch. "I'm sure I'm relieved, but I'm more anxious about it. I never get used to it."

What Miyazaki should have been anxious about is how many Elden Ring bosses are being beaten by players wielding everyday 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:household items and not giant magical ಌflaming sw🐼ords. This keeps up, and Dark Souls is going to lose its reputation for being a tough-as-nails franchise.
