FromSoftware is known for its bespoke storytelling across the Souls games, and Elden Ring was no different. Despite pulling from that same world and gameplay, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Elden Ring Nightreign t🦄akes its storytelling in a very different direction. Gone are the days of flavour text and heavy♊ environmental storytelling.

ও Elden🌳 Ring Nightreign: Executor Remembrance Guide
If you want to unlock a unique skin and some character-specific Relics for the Executo✱r in Elden Ring Nightreign, here's ho⛄w.
Instead, the story of Nightreign is primarily told through its many , each with a multi-step story that has them interacting with other characters and fighting powerful enemies. Duchess has one of the more heartfelt Remembrances in the game, 𒉰and here is how to complete it.
What Is The Journal?
The Journal is basically exactly what it sounds like. Unlike the Visual Codex, which functions as an in-game handbook to bring you up to terms on stats and character abilities, the Journal is exclusively used as a storytelling tool. In it are Journal entries related to each Nightfarer, ꦍwith more entries unlocked as you collect Memory Fragments.
In general, each character will have eight Journal entries in total, though this is not a steadfast rule. Executor has only seven entries total, while Guardian has a whopping ten entries. These are unlocked as you acquire more Memory Fragments, which in turn will also give you the much-coveted Remembrances. Thankfully, you can access the Journal from the Roundtab𒊎le Hold whenever, regardless of the character yo🅺u are playing as.
How To Unlock Memory Fragments
Memory Fragments are the most precious item you can acquire in the game. They do not have an inherent use, nor are they actually an item you pick up that goes into your inventory. Memory Fragments are the means of unlocking more Journal Entries and Remembrances, though they are earned and used automatically rather t🐲han something you chooꦚse when to use, or who to use it on.
Memory Fragments are acquired somewhat randomly, with text appearing in the lower right corner of the screen saying "Memory fragment found" whenever one is obtained. When you get it, it will unlock more Journal entries for the character who earned it, and potentially a new Remembrance as well. The Fragments themselves are unlocked randomly however, with no single method being a guaranteed drop. They can be gotten in various ways, such as performing actions unique to each Nightfarer or speaking to certain characters, though there is no waꦍy of knowing this until a Memory Fragment is unlocked.
Instead, you should practice a more surefire (though still not guaranteed) method - defeating Nightlords. Each defeated Nightlord will almost always drop a Memory Fragment for the character you are playing as, which should unlock a new Remembrance. Laജter Remembrances typically make Memory Fragments harder to obtain. For example, your first Remembrance on any given character can typically be unlocked by just playing an Expedition, regardless of your success, while later ones will almost always need a Nightlord defeated to unlock.
Mind you, a new Memory Fragment will not always unlock the next Remembrance, and instead unlock just a Joꩲurnal entry insteꦛad. Conversely, a Memory Fragment may unlock multiple Journal entries and Remembrances. It's all a bit of chance, so you just have to keep trying.
Duchess' Remembrances
Every character has multiple Remembrances to relive, though Duchess stands out with having some of the most with four Remembrances total. These are a good mix of conversations in the Roundtable Hold and adventures in Limveld, and even has some close interactions with many other Nightfa꧅rers, too. Here is how to unlock each of her Remembrances and how to complete them.
Remembrance #1
Acting as the Priestess of the Roundtable Hold, she is tuned in to the issues of the other Nightfarers, yet is conversely unaware of her own. To this end, Raider asks for a word with her, setting off a new adventure. Here are all the ⛦steps, a♐nd some tips to complete them:
While Revenant only has a brief appearance at the end, she is necessary to activate this Remembrance at all.
- Speak to Raider.
- Speak to Wylder.
- Return to Raider.
- Find armament maintenance materials in Limveld. This will be marked on the map.
- Defeat the Guardians of the Dew.
- Return To Wylder.
- Talk to Raider.
- Talk with Revenant.
- Iron Menial will stop you when you walk inside.
You must travel to Limveld to get some Golden Dew for Wylder's sword, which is protected by a trio of Guaridians of the Dew. They aren't particularly strong, though having to fight all three makes it a bit harder. Try to get to at least level three bef💮ore fighting them and just lay into ⛎them. They have very low poise and are staggered quite easily. After they're defeated, you can harvest the Golden Dew.
Upon completion of this Remembrance, you are given the Golden Dew as a Relic.
Remembrance #2
Duchess' second Remembrance has her searching for Wylder as he has seemingly suddenly taken off from the Roundtable Hold. Here are the steps and where to fi🔴nd him:
- Find Wylder. Travel to the broken dining area attached to the garden.
- Follow the aroma. You will find Wylder asleep leaning against a wall in the garden by the dining area.
- Eat the bread he made. Ge will give you some to keep.
- Talk to the Iron Menial about the bread.
This is a short and sweet one, with finding Wylder the most difficult part as he isn't marked on the map. Whenever you are near him, the text will appear mentioning the scent if you manage to lose track of him.
The reward here is Duchess' Chalice, allowing her to try out different Relic Rites.
Remembrance #3
The Journal entry that begins this Remembrance makes mention of Raider, though once it begins you are greeted with a letter from Revenant. There are a few more steps to this Remembrance, so follow closely to the orde🍌r we present.
Read the letter from Revenant. She asks to meet her on the shore. At this point, your objective will be to talk to either Revenant or Raider, though you can do both. W▨e recommend doing Revenant first, though you can do it in whatever order you want.
-
Revenant
- Speak to Revenant on the shore.
- Accept her request to fight.
This battle is much like the original battle to unlock her, though in slightly tighter confines. Her summons tend to be slow, though have quite a wide reach. You can choose to take them down one-by-one, or you can defeat just Revenant for them all to fall. She uses Golden Disc Incantations during the battle that return to her, so be careful not𒈔 to be hit on the return if you dodge through them.
After beating her, she will affirm that you are strong, and give you the Crown Medal key item to remind you of this.
-
Raider
- Talk to Raider.
- Exhaust his dialogue options about Weathervane.
- Find the message in Limveld. This requires defeating a trio of enemies.
- Return the message to Raider.
The message is protected by a trio of Mercenaries, all of whom are quite strong and can block your attacks without stopping their own. T𓂃he best method is to try take them down one-by-one, making effective use of Restage.
If you do die, you should respawn at a Site of Grace very close by, and the damage dealt to the Mercenaries are retained. So worst case scenario, you just keep throwing yourself at them until they are defeated. At this point, you can pick up the message. 𒁃You must complete the expedition now, though if does not matter whe🍃ther or not you succeed.
Once you have completed both Raider and Revenant's objectives, you are free to complete the Remembrance. Your reward will be꧂ the Crown Medal as a Relꦅic.
Remembrance #4
Duchess's fourth and final Remembrance affirms her belief that she can defeat the Nightlord and save Wylder from his fate. She can do both, not just one or the other. Thankfully, despite such grand ambitions, this Remembrance is quite straightforward.
- Bless the Iron Coin. This is done at the Expeditions table.
- Talk to Iron Menial. He is found in the crypt.
- Give the Blessed Iron Coin to Iron Menial.
- Talk to Wylder.
- Return to the Iron Menial.
With that, you will have completed Duchess' final Remembrance. The reward is her Remembrance outfit and the Blessed Iron Coin as a Relic.
If you now defeat the Night Lord as Duchess, you will get the option to see her own ending, and see just how s⛄uccessful sh🉐e is in her desire to defeat the Night Lord and save Wylder.
