"With Nightreign, we wanted to have a game that felt like a complete package out of the box on the day of purchase," says ꦇIshizaki. "So everything is unlockable,⛎ everything is contained with that purchase. It's not what we'd consider a 'live service' game."

In fact, unlike other multiplayer games, it doesn't seem that the devs have exhaustive plans for seasonal updates, 𓆉new events, and the like. In the interview, Ishizakꦑi says that the team is "still in the process of thinking about the possibilities" for post-launch content, only mentioning balance patches at this stage.
