Spoilers, but important to note. These non-hostile Lesser Servant of Rot are known as the Forager Broods and you mustn't kill them at any cost as it will lock you from obtaining their Cookbooks.
You can easily differentiate the hostile ones by the🔯ir red-colored boไdy, so take out your frustration on them and not on the harmless Forager Broods.
As part of Moore's questline, you'll have to locate al﷽l six of the Forager Broods to receive your reward.
