- Fight them on Torrent.
- Fight them via thrown items or spells.
If you e✤ncounter a Furnace Golem with armour on its legs, you will be forced to take the second option. Otherwise, the choice is yours (though the second is often faster).
The option of throwing items typically takes very little skill and, in some cases, can end the fight when throwing even two to three Hefty Fire Pots at the golem's weak spot, the head basket.
To increase the effectiveness of throwing items, keep in mind that:
