Everything you need to know about Faith/Strengt𓄧h builds ❀in Elden Ring.
Romina is one of the easier bosses in the game. However, you might not want to let your guard down against her. She can be quite let🌺hal, and you need to be well-ꦫprepared to avoid her Scarlet Rot. Once you defeat her, you can access the final area of the game.
Where To Find Romina
To find Romina, you need to make your way to the Church of the Bud, Main Entrance Site of Grace. Getting to the location might be a bit challenging. Start at the Rauh Ancient Ruins, West Site of Grace, and then head left into a building, head upstairs, and move forward till you reach the exit.
When you are in the open-world again, head left again until you reach a similar-looking building, head inside, and keep moving forward, take a left to take an elevator that will take you upwards. Climb up the huge staircase in front of you, to reach your destination. The Church of the Bud is visible from the site of Grace, head inside to start the boss battle.
Beware of getting the Scarlet Rot effect in the area, it's better toꦚ avoid puddles, and stick to solid ground sideways, as꧅ you make your way to the boss.
Recommended Battle Preparations
Romina will inflict the Scarlet Rot status on you, so make sure that you are prepared to deal with that. Keep some Preserving Boluses with you that can help you reduce the effects of rot. The Erdtree's Favour Talis🐼man will also increase your maximum H💯P, making you much more formidable.
The Immunizing Horn Charm will boost your immunity, and it works well especially to reduce rot effects. You can also use the Incantation Flame, Cleanse Me🦂 to cure rot. You can use the Incantation with any build, as it only requires 12 Faith to use and doesn’t cost a lot of FP.
Romina is vulnerable to Frost and Bleed, so make sure to equip the gear necessary to inflict her with these effects. You can also damage her greatly by using Magic and Holy attacks. You might have a hard 🔜time defeating her with physical attacks, so make sure to allocate a good number of flasks to restore your 🙈FP in the battle to deal elemental damage.
To inflict Frost on Romina, Icerind Hachet and Darkmoon Greatsword, are excellent weapons, but you can use any weapon that will cause frost buildup. 🌼We also recommend you equip Divine Beast Frost Stomp, and Hoarfrost Stomp Ashes on your physical damage weapons.
To cause bleed buildup on Romina, we recommend you use Rivers of Blood, Morgott's Cursed Sword, and Varre's Bouqet as your main weapons. You can also use any standard weapon with bleed affinity by applying a bleed-related Ash of War, such as Blood Blade or Bloody Slash.

Elden Ring: 14 Best Ways 🔯To Lower The Difficulty
Follow ▨these tips and Elden Ring simply won't feel as diffꦅicult as it used to.
How To Beat Romina
You can summon Dryleaf Dane for the battle, and for additional help, we recommend you to summon Ashes such as the Mimic Tear, or Black Knife Tiche. If you have trouble dodging, stay out of her range, as he൲r slܫashes will cause Scarlet Rot to buildup when they hit you, and use Magic, or Holy Spells that can deal damage from afar, while your summons distract her.
If you are using a physical damage build, you can also stagger her and deal damage while she is vulnerable. We recommend you to equip a decent Medium Shield, if you plan on taking her on in close combat. Do not attack her with Fire skills, as she is highly res꧑istant to it.
For this battle, you can use spells that take a lot of time to cast, but only use them if your summons are busy distracting her. Due to her huge hitbox, you can deal a lot of damage to her by using sorceries such as Comet Azur, Adula’s Moonblade, and Meteorite of Astel.
For Faith builds, we recommend you to avoid Fire Incantations as Romina is quite resistant to them. Some good opt𒊎ions that can deal a ton of damage are Dragon Communion Incantations, or the Ancient Dragon’s Lightning Strike.
You can reduce your spell-casting time by using Radagon Ic෴on Talisman
Phase One
Romina takes a short while to come nearer to you, this is your chance to summon one of your Ashes. She will hit you with her glowing red spear twice, roll backwards to avoid this attack. Romina might follow it up🐻 with two hits from her stings. You can also try hitting her from behind if you are using a physical build, while she focuses on attacking your summon.
Beware of her grab attack as it can be lethal, she will extend one of her sting🐈s towards you and wrap you in it. This attack inflicts a lot of Rot and may one-shot you. She will also roll towards you after enclosing herself in her appendages, she will follow up this attack with a slash from her sword, so dodge by rolling sideways.
Romina's single sting attack or slash attack is quite easier to dodge by rolling. However, you might want to avoid her dangerous combos, whi𓆏ch she would often do during the boss battle. She will do two slashes, followed by a sting attack forward, and then gets near you for an additional hit.
To avoid this, you need to roll in the direction of the slashes as they are about to hit you. As she raises one of the appendages to attack, you need to quickly roll towards the opposite direction. When she closes in on you for a final hit, roll quickly to🍸wards her, away from her spear to avoid the attack. She may sometimes smash her sting from above on the ground, and you can evade it by moving away from it.
Phase Two
As Romina transitions to Phase two, she will grow Butterfly Wings, which means that you should now be ready to deal with her aerial attacks. Most of the attack combos, other than air combos during this phase, are similar to the first phase of the boss battle, and you can avoid them with ꩲsimilar techniques. However, this phase might get a bit harder to beat if you are using a melee build.
Romina will summon a swarm of butterflies around the♏ battlefield, they will explode, inflicting rot on you. Try to get far away from these butterflieꦗs, before they detonate. She might hit you with an additional attack, while she has scattered the butterflies around.
Romina will fly around in a swirling motion, hitting the ground three times. To avoid this, you can either stay away from her or perform a roll as she is about to hit 🦄the ground. The boss will also slam the ground hard, which will deal a lot of damage. You need to steer clear of the attack's range and go as far as possible before she hitꦺs the ground, or you can avoid it by jumping or rolling at the correct timing.
What To Do With The Remembrance Of The Saint Of The Bud
You will get the Remembrance of the Saint of the Bud after beating Romina along with 28,500 runes as a reward. You can exchange the Remembrance with Enia at the Roundtable Hold, to obtain either Polebl꧟ade of the Bud Halberd, or Rotten Butterflies Incantation.
Rotten Butterflies requires 33 Faith to equip, the spell takes a short t♋ime to cast, and you can scatter butterflies around yourself. However, they detonate after a while. Make sure that the enemy is under their range of attack, as they might move around by the time they explode.
The Poleblade of the Bud causes Rot build-up upon hitting enemies. It requires 14 Strength, 22 Dexterity, and 20 Arcane, and scales on these stats. After you have defeated Romina, y𒀰ou can access Enir-Ilim, which is the final Legacy Dungeo𓂃n of the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.
