There are different tiers of Somber Smithing Stones, starting from one all the way to the Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone. Regardless of wh𓂃at build you are running in Elden Ring, it is never a bad idea to know where to find different types of Somber Smithing Stones and this is what the guide is all about.

Somber Smithing Stone 1 Locations

It is used to upgrade Special Weapons to +1. You can purchase an infinite amount of them from Smithing Master Iji at 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Liurnia of the Lakes for 2,000 Runes each. Some other locations where yo✃u can find these𓆉 are:

• You will find the first one on a corpse on a chair, a little south of the bridge near Agheel Lake.
• One is dropped by a Teardrop Scarab near the Artist’s Shack.
• As for the last one, it is dropped by the Lion Guardian in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Stormveil Castle. The easiest way to reach it is by using the ‘Stormveil Main Entrance’ Site of Grace.

• You will collect one from the corpse behind the altar in the Church of the Cuckoo in Raya Lucaria Academy.
• A few of them are also located in the Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel.
• The last one is on the north side of the ‘Study Hall Entrance’ Site of Grace. It is dropped by a Teardrop Scarab.

Somber Smithing Stone 4 Locations

These are required to upgrade your Special Weapons to +4. Smithing Master Iji sells one for 6,000 Runes. You can als♍o head over to these locations to get some extra ones:

• There are a couple of them inside the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Sellia Crystal Tunnel.
• You will find one on a corpse in the Swamps of Aeonia. It is next to a large tree with some Giant Dragonflies around the area. The easiest way to get there is to follow the road south from the ‘Sellia Under-Stair’ Site of Grace.
• Another one can be acquired by defeating a Scarab on top of a large tree near the Forsaken Ruins.

Somber Smithing Stone 5 Locations

You will need these to upgrade your Special Weapons to +5. Here are a few locations where yജou can find them easily:

• You will find one inside the Gaol Cave. However, entering it requires two 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Stonesword Keys.
• One is inside Redmane Castle, next to the large structure near the chairs.
• There is one at the end of the canyon in Inner Aeonia, past the Abnormal Stone Clusters.

Somber Smithing Stone 6 Locations

If you want to upgrade your Special Weapons to +6, you will need Somber Smithing Stone 6 to do so. Below, you will find𝔍 a few locations where you can easily find them:

• You can find two inside the Old Altus Tunnel. However, do note that it requires you to use two .
• One is dropped by the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fallingstar Beast above the Spiritspring near the ‘Ninth Mt. Gelmir Campsite’ Site of Grace. You can also kill the boss in the Sellia Crystal Tunnel for another one.
• There is one more on a corpse near the edge of the ‘First Mt. Gelmir Campsite’ Site of Grace.

Somber Smithing Stone 7 Locations

Upgrading your Special Weapons to +7 req🌜uires y💦ou to use Somber Smithing Stone 7. Here are some of the locations where you can find them:

• One is dropped by a Teardrop Scarab hanging from a tree past Zamor Ruins in Mountaintops of the Giants.
• Another one is acquired by defeating two Lion Guardians near the entrance of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Castle Sol.
• You can also farm the Large Fingercreepers near the ‘Giants’ Gravepost’ Site of Grace.

Somber Smithing Stone 8 Locations

These are needed to upgrade your Special Weapons to +8. To f🎉ind t💯hese, you can head over to the following locations:

• You will collect one from a corpse on a ledge in the Church of the Eclipse.
• There is one on the northwest side of the First Church of Marika — it will be surrounded by some Lobsters.
• One is dropped by a Teardrop Scarab on the lower side of the ‘Ancient Snow Valley Ruins’ Site of Grace.

Somber Smithing Stone 9 Locations

You will need to gather these to upgrade your Special Weapons to +9. You can find them in these locations:

• You can grab one from a corpse on the bridge directly above the ‘Ancient Snow Valley Ruins’ Site of Grace.
• There is one near the ‘Inner Consecrated Snowfield’ Site of Grace, on top of a large tree.
• One is acquired by defeating an invisible Teardrop Scarab on top of a rock formation near Ordina, Liturgical Town.

Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone Locations

There are eight Somber Ancient Dragon 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Smithing Stones in the Elden Ring. These are needed to upgrade the Special Weapons to +10. You can find them in these locations:

Where To Find Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearings

There are five Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearings hidden in The Lands Between. Once found, you can give them to the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold. This will allow you to purchase an infinite amount of Somber Smithing Stones from them.

Note that the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold will never sell the Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stones. You ♒can only find a few of them in the open world.

Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing 1

You will need to defeat the Fallingstar Beast in Sellia Crystal Tunnel in Caelid. The easiest way to get there is to open the chest in Dragon-Burnt Ruins in Limgrave. This will allow you to purchase and at the Roundtable Hold.

Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing 2

You will find it after defeating the Crystalians in the Altus Tunnel. , , shield bash from something like the , etc. are super effective against them. You will find the area near the south of the Minor Erdtree in the Altus Plateau. You can give the item to the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold to be able to purchase infinite and .

Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing 3

This one is on a corpse right outside the First Church of Marika in Mountaintops of the Giants. It will allow you to purchase and from the Twin Maiden Husks.

Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing 4

From the ‘Tempest-Facing Balcony’ Site of Grace in Crumbling Farum Azula, walk a little forward, and you will find it on a corpse at the edge. Bring the item to the Twin Maiden Husks to unlock the ability to purchase and infinitely.

Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing 5

To get the last one, head over to the ‘Dragon Temple Rooftop’ Site of Grace in Crumbling Farum Azula. From the rooftops, continue to run toward the dragon. Try to run past the dragon while sticking to the right side. You will soon reach a church with an Azula Beastman facing the item. This one lets you purchase from the Roundtable Hold.

Immediately after entering the church, you will get ambushed by some enemies. Try to eliminate them before c🙈ollecting the item.

Shadow Of The Erdtree Somber Smithing Stones Locations

Shadow o🧸f the Erdtree also has a bunch of locations where you can find different types of Somber Smithing Stones. This section 🐼only deals with the items that can only be found in the Land of Shadow:

• One is found on a corpse on the left side of the entrance of Castle Ensis.
• Another one is on a corpse right next to the ‘Castle Ensis Checkpoint’ Site of Grace.
• You will find one near a dead-end on the right side of the spiral staircase leading to the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Divine Beast Dancing Lion.

Somber Smithing Stone 2 Locations

• After defeating Black Knight Garrew in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fog Rift Fort, head over to the area with a lot of explosive barrels to grab it from a corpse.
• One can be found at the end of the bridge in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh.
• Before heading to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Rellana, Twin Moon Knight, you will need to open an iron gate. The stone is on a corpse directly above this iron gate. Use the nearby ladder to head up to the rooftop.

• One is found on a corpse before heading up the spiral (wooden) staircase leading to Rellana, Twin Moon Knight.

• There is one more near the Urcerated Tree Spirit in Shadow Keep.

Somber Smithing Stone 6 Locations

• One is found inside Taylew’s Ruined Forge.
• Immediately after opening up the iron gate to reach Rellana, Twin Moon Knight, walk a little forward, and you will find it on a corpse.
• There is one on top of a decapitated watchtower in Castle Ensis.

Somber Smithing Stone 7 Locations

• There is one near the dead-end after the first gate in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ruined Forge of Starfall Past.
• You can also farm the Smithing Golems as they have a chance to drop them.

• Turn to your immediate right after taking the elevator to the Specimen Storehouse.
• Another one is sitting on top of a branch in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh. You will know that it is the right place if you see an enemy casting spells on you from it.

Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone Locations

There are a total of six Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stones found in Shadow of the Erdtree. Here are the locations of each one:
