Elden Ring was among the first third-party games to be confirmed for Switch 2, joining the likes of Street Fighter 6, Split Fiction, and Cyberpunk 2077 - the latter of which hit the console on launch day. This shows a drive to diversify the offerings on a Nintendo console, so it isn't just a machine for Nintendo's own first-party games. This doesn't appear to have been muℱch of a success so far, but it is still early days yet.
