If you are experiencing gameplay issues while playing with mods, it's recommended you first try uninstalling your mods, then verify your games files on Steam, or the Xbox App."
Now, this doesn't mean that you can't mod your game. Far from it, the support page even acknowledges that many PC players will play with mods anyway, it🍷's just that Bethesda will not be providin༺g any support to modders, or be platforming the creations itself.
This is a far cry from what we've seen with modern Bethesda games, which have implemented d🔯edicated mod managers so that those without modding experience can easily modify their saves. This has allowed console players to enjoy a limited selection of mods too, but it seems that we shouldn't expect that to be done here.
Naturally, modders will still share creations for Oblivion Remastered, it's just possible that it will be a little harder and perhapꦫs take longer. We'll have to wait and see who gets in there first.
