Okay, I get it, the world is ending. The gates to Oblivion have opened, and we’re the only one who can stop it by closing thꦫe gates and bringing the next heir to light the Dragonfires once more.
But please, can we stop opening so many gates? I was just trying to make my way to Anvil from the Imperial City, and closed about seven gates -ℱ at one point, I had three different gates in my line of si🔯ght.
I Can’t Just Ignore Them, Though
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Oblivion Remastered isn’t 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:my first time playing the game; I’ve done all this before, and no doubt I’ll do it again. But isn’t it enough to have to dismount my horse eve🔜ry 30 seconds because of a minotaur, or a bandit trying to rob me after literally just watching me kill a minotaur? No, instead, here’s a gate, and another gate, and another gate. Welcome to the apocalypse.
But I can’t exactly ignore them, can I? ‘Oh, the Hero of Kvatch is in town! Did you see the Oblivion gate that has opened near the city?’ Why, yes I did, dear citizen, and despite you knowing me as the one person who has been able to close these gates and extinguish this threat, I couldn’t be bothered to sort t♋hat𝓰 one out right now. Sorry.
No, instead, I will begrudgingly go and deal with it once more. I mean, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:I do love Oblivion’s dungeons, but I think I’ve already seen every variation of Oblivion map in this playthrough, and I still have three more cities to visit. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:While I continue to avoid fast travel, there’s going to be a lot more gates yet.
I Just Want To Frolic, Is That So Much To Ask?
Maybe I should just speedrun the story and stop that whole ‘end of the world’ business sooner. Or, better yet, I’ll just move to the Shivering Isles permanently and never have to look at another Oblivion gate again. Instead, I’m forced to travel the roads of Cyrodiil and constantly be caught exclaiming “Is that another gate?”, before entertaining the notion of retiring my heroic ways, but ultimately giving in because ‘it’s the right thing to do.’
I’m here to live out my life in a fantasy world; buy a house, explore a forest, get some cool swords, and find a unicorn before delving into even more Aylied ruins, or going on some holy crusade just to keep busy on a Morndas. I know there is terror and dread and loved ones being devoured by Daedra, and that one of the cities is already a literal pile of rubble, but have you considered how these gates to Oblivion might be a bit of an inconvenience for me? Because they are, and I’m sick of them. But fine.
