How To Learn Telekinesis
There are various ways you can get a Telekinesis spellbook. You can f♐ind the book in many locations, but you can also purchase it depending on your Alteration level.
Purchase Telekinesis
Once you reach level 40 in the Alteration skill, you can purchase the Telekinesis spellbook. There are two characters that sell the book. You can find the first merchant Wylandriah inside Mistveil Keep in Riften.
The second merchant is Tolfdir, who resides at the College Of Winterhold. You need to join the College Of Winterhold before speaking to Tolfdir; here's a guide that explains how to join the College.
Search Benkongerike's Great Hall
Travel to Benkongerike's Great Hall on the island of Solstheim, which you can find on the map above. Enter the first room and locate the pile of "Lusty Argonian Maid" books. The Telekinesis spellbook is under the "Lusty Argonian Maid" books.
Search Redwater Den
Redwater Den is a location in the Dawnguard DLC which has a Telekinesis spellbook. You can enter Redwater Den by traveling to the location above. The spellbook is inside the prison cell, as you can see in the picture above.
Upon entering Redwater Den, walk downstairs and run down the straight hallway, taking a right at the first turn. You'll reach an entrance to the caverns; here you need to walk down the platform and move a few steps directly to the right. The prison cell is at this location. You'll encounter Vampires inside Redwater Den, so bring powerful fire spells or flame enchanted weapons to defeat them easily.
Search Various Locations
Unlike the previous two locations, there's no guarantee you'll find a Telekinesis spellbook in the following locations. You can search chests and other containers for a chance to find the book.
