Werewolves have access to a special skill tree that includes some ve൲ry powerful abilities. Of course, the most popular Werewolf skill is the ultimate ability that allows you to actually make the transitio🏅n into a Werewolf, greatly increasing your stamina.

However, there are some huge drawbacks to being a Werewolf. First of all, if you use the ultimate ability in a city, you will get a large bounty and be hunted down by local guards. You will also become weak to poison, and even lose access to your other class skills for a short amount of time. But before you discount the idea 𒅌of life as a lycanthrope, you should look over the unique skills you would acquire as a Werewolf.

Werewolf Skill Tree

Active Abilities

  • Werewolf Transformation - This ultimate ability allows you to make the transformation from human to Werewolf. Taking on your Werewolf form boosts your Maximum Stamina by 30 percent and stamina restoration by 15 percent.
    • Pack Leader - Taking on your Werewolf form grants the same maximum stamina boost and recovery. In addition, Minor Courage enhances the weapon and spell damage of you and your nearby allies. You will also incur ten percent less damage and summon a set of Dire Wolves to your side.
    • Werewolf Berserker - While in your Werewolf form your Light Attacks will inflict a bleed effect of 3716 over the course of four seconds and Heavy Attacks will dole out 50 percent slash damage. This is in addition to the usual Maximum Stamina boost and 15 percent bonus stamina restoration.
  • Pounce - Inflict 1742 bleed damage. If you reattempt this attack a second time within five seconds you will cast "Carnage," causing the target to bleed for 1296 damage over the course of ten seconds instead. Additionally, this second attack will dole out up to 450 percent bonus damage to any enemy under their peak health.
    • Brutal Pounce - This enhanced attack causes 1799 AOE bleed damage, inflicting the target and other enemies in the vicinity. A second consecutive attack within five seconds will cast "Brutal Carnage," causing targets to bleed for 1302 damage over ten seconds. Like Carnage, this second attack will dole out up to 450 percent bonus damage to any enemy under their peak health. Additionally, each enemy you strike will grant an additional 100 points to your weapon and spell damage, up to six times for a total of 600 bonus damage.
    • Feral Pounce - Inflict 1742 bleed damage. Reattempting the attack within five seconds will cast "Feral Carnage," causing the target to bleed for 1296 damage over the course of ten seconds instead. This second attack will also dole out up to 450 percent bonus damage to any enemy under 100 percent health. Additionally, damage dealt by either attack will regenerate 100 points of stamina and prolong your transformation by one second.
  • Hircine's Bounty - The Huntsman's Blessing heals you for 6198 and will boost your Maximum Health. If your health is already at peak you will instead regain 3000 Stamina. Major Brutality will take effect while active, granting a bonus 20 percent Weapon Damage.
    • Hircine's Rage - In addition to all the same effects from Hircine's Bounty, Major Berserker will also take effect giving a ten percent bonus to the damage you inflict for a duration of six seconds but this will also incur an increased five percent damage on yourself.
    • Fortitude - This ability grants all the same effects from Hircine's Bounty with a heightened 8002 boost to your maximum health.
  • Roar - Strike fear into a maximum of six nearby enemies for four seconds and knock them off-kilter for seven seconds. While this skill is active Major Savagery, boosting the critical rating of your weapon by 2629.
    • Ferocious Roar - In addition to the effects inflicted by Roar this ability causes your Heavy Attacks to strike 33 percent swifter for ten seconds after you sound the cry.
    • Deafening Roar - In addition to the effects inflicted by Roar this ear-splitting cry stuns enemies by putting Major Breach and Minor Maim into effect. These afflictions hurt the enemies' physical and spell resistances by 5948 and reduce the damage they can cause by five percent for ten seconds.
  • Piercing Howl - Different from a roar, the howl inflicts 2904 Physical Damage. Those unfortunate enough to take a full-frontal blow will suffer an increased ten percent damage from the attack.
    • Howl of Despair - In addition to the effects from Piercing Howl (and a bolstered 2999 Physical Damage,) allies can incite a Feeding Frenzy when they target the enemy, which activates the Empower effect for five seconds. This bolsters your allies Light and Heavy Attacks by 40 percent additional damage.
    • Howl of Agony - In addition to the effects from Piercing Howl, enemies struck by fear or unlucky enough to have been facing the attack will suffer 25 percent extra damage from the assault.
  • Infectious Claws - Werewolf claws are riddled with infection, inflicting 2178 Disease Damage and a lingering poison effect that drains another 2170 Disease Damage over the course of ten seconds. Enemies that are struck by the inciting scratch will be infected with the Diseased status debuff.
    • Claws of Anguish - In addition to the core effects (plus an additional five points of lingering damage,) this ability hampers the healing enemies can receive and their natural Health Recovery by 16 percent as a result of being subjected to the Major Defile effect that lasts for four seconds.
    • Claws of Life - In addition to the core effects (with a boosted 2249 Disease Damage and the lingering effect that drains another 2245 Disease Damage over the course of ten seconds.) You are healed for 100 percent of the damage over time caused. Enemies hit by the initial hit are afflicted with the Diseased status effect.

Passive Abilities

  • Devour - This ability enables you to feast on corpses with the effect of prolonging your Werewolf Transformation while also regaining some Health. One second of corpse feeding prolongs the longevity of your Werewolf Transformation by three seconds and replenishes your Maximum Health by eight percent. You are able to feast upon a single corpse for up to four seconds before you must move on to another meal.
  • Pursuit - This ability allows you to quicken your pace with an additional 30 percent Movement Speed. It also makes you a sturdier foe by causing your Heavy Attacks to replenish 50 percent more Stamina.
  • Blood Rage - You can again extend the longevity of your Werewolf Transformation by four seconds by doling out damage. This ability can only take effect in five-second intervals.
  • Savage Strength - Weapon and Spell Damage are bolstered by 18 percent with this ability. It also provides a 5948 boost to your Physical and Spell Resistance as a result of the Major Resolve status effect.
  • Blood Moon - This is the Werewolf ability that enables you to afflict other players with the Lycanthropy curse. You'll only be able to infect someone once in a seven day period and you'll have to revisit the Werewolf ritual site in order to do so. Keep in mind, you won't be able to infect someone who is already afflicted with Noxiphilic Sanguivoria.
  • Call of The Pack - This ability grants a 20 percent reduction cost for maintaining your Werewolf form, and an additional 20 percent for every other transformed Werewolf or Direwolf in your group, for a maximum bonus of 80% percent reduction costs.
