Shockingly, Square Enix succeeded, and the resulting game was launched to such high levels of praise and glory that so many Kingdom Hearts games have been developed in total. Throughout Sora's journey in saving the various Disney worlds from the Heartless, he encounters 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:quite the Final Fantasy ensemble.

Even so, certain iconic characters have yet to appear, and now there are newer ones like Noctis and Clive. Kingdom Hearts has always been about its original story first and foremost, but the cameos from beloved characters are nice. You might have even missed a couple of them.

Selphie

Selphie appears as one of Sora's friends on Destiny Islands at the beginning of Kingdom Hearts. In 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy 8, she pilots the Ragnarok airship. In Kingdom Hearts, she is depicted as near💜ly the same character, except being noticeably younger, and the giant nunchaku she uses in Final Fantasy 8 is replaced with a much safer jump rope.

You only see it in action if you choose to fight🍨 her at the beginning of the game, though. Selphie returned to Kingdom Hꩲearts 2 as Kairi's classmate, having lost all memory of Sora.

Tidus

A skilled Blitzball player for the Zanarkand Abes, Tidus gets swept in a temporal wave and sent 1,000 years into the future in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy 10. He's a goofy hero with a unique laugh; however, he plays a much smaller (and younger) role in Kingdom Hearts, appearing in Destiny Islands as o🐠ne of Sora's friends.

His iconic sword is replaced with a giant pole, whiꦚch you can see him training or fighting Sora with. Unlike Selphie, Tidus does not make an appearance in Kingdom Hearts 2, even though Selphie mentions him by name, but he does pop up again in Chain of Memories and Coded.

Wakka

Captain of t🧸he Besaid Aurochs in Final Fantasy 10, Wakka is a Blitzball player and one of Yuna's guardians on her journey to defeat Sin. His weapon of choice is his Blitzball which he can throw at blister꧑ing speeds with intense power.

Just like Tidus and Selphie, Wakka appears much younger in Kingdom Hearts as one of Sora's Destiny Islands friends, and he's the only one who retains his original weapon in fights against Sora. He reappears throughout the series in the same capacity as Ti💎dus in Chain of Memories and Coded.

Wantz

This one is pretty easy to miss unless you've got a keen eye. Wantz is a shopkeeper in Kingdom Hearts 2's Twilight Town who sells all manner of goods to🐼 Sora, and he's depicted wearing green shorts and a yellow shirt with red sleeves.

The young boy appeared in Final Fantasy 10, also as a shopkeeper, where he tookꦰ over the shop after his brother was taken into custody by Yevon. He also appeared in the sequel as another shopkeeper, and unlike Tidus, Wakka, and Selphie, his likeness isn't immediately obvious, especially as he's a very minor character in both series.

Biggs/Wedge/Jessie

While Jessie debuted in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy 7, Biggs and Wedge actually made their first appearance in Final Fantasy 6, though they're arguably more recognizable for their appearances in Final Fantasy 7 as members of Avalanche. They worked closely with Barret and Tifa in🍌 Sector 7 before Cloud showed up to offer his assistance.

All three of them are minor characters in ♋the Kingdom Hearts series; Wedge and Jessie are shopkeepers in Radiant Garden and the Simulated Twilight Town, while Biggs is both one of the announcers of the Struggle Tournament in the Simulated Twilight Town and a shopkeeper in the real one.

Zack Fair

The previous owner of the legendary Buster Sword, Zack Fair was a member of SOLDIER in Final Fantasy 7. Much of his story in Final Fantasy lore was shrouded in mystery until he became 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a major focus in Crisis Core, and in that spin-off, it꧅'s learned that Zack turned against Shinra alongside Cloud Strife and gifted him the Buster Sword when he fell in battle.

Zack's only appearance in the Kingdom Hearts universe occurs in Birth by Sleep, once again younger than his Final Fantasy version. He's the only Final Fantasy character to appear in the game, as he tries convincing Phil at t𒀰he Olympus Coliseum to trai🅺n him to become a hero.

Setzer

One of the main protagonists of Final Fantasy 6, Setzer makes his lone Kingdom Hearts appearance in Kingdom Hearts 2. His role in Final Fantasy 6 is a major one🍸, as he has the only airship in the entire world, called the Blackjack.

If you've only played Kingdom Hearts before, you maܫy be surprised at Setzer's demeanor in Final Fantasy, and vice versa. Though he's a good guy in Final Fantasy 6, the gambler is more of a minor antagonist who fights Roxas and Sora in Twilight Town as the champion of the Strug🍬gle challenge.

Seifer/Raijin/Fujin

Seifer, Raijin, and Fujin are the polar opposites of Hayner, Pence, and Olette, and the nefarious trio appeared in Final Fantasy 8 as classmates to Squall Leonhart. In Final Fantasy 8, Seifer commands the Balamb Garden Disciplinary Commဣittee, but later becomes corrupted by the Sorceress villain Ultimecia.

Residing in Twilight Town, the gang is the town's discipli🦂nary committee, similar to their roles in Final Fantasy 8, though noticeably younger. Seifer pops up in both the digitalized, "fake" Twilight Town with Roxas and also in the "real" Twilight Town with Sora, frequently challenging and antagonizing them.

Vivi

Originally a party member in Final Fantasy 9, Vivi plays a minor role in Kingdom Hearts 2's Twilight Town. Although he's a member of Seifer's disciplinary committee, he act𒈔s friendly towards Sora and Roxas. This, in iꦍtself, is strange because Vivi admires Seifer and wishes to be as strong as him.

His fighting prowess is clear in Final Fantasy 9 with his black magic, but in Kingdom Hearts 2☂, he shows off his swordfighting prowess during the Stru♓ggle match against Seifer and Roxas. However, it's not clear whether those skills actually come from him or the Nobody taking his form.

Lightning

Lightning is the only main protagonist in the Final Fantasy series to have a trilogy, appearing in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Final Fantasy 13, Final Fantasy 🐠13-2, and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13. So far, she hasn't had a typical ca🧸meo in the Kingdom Hearts games, instead being featured as a medal you could use in Kingdom Hearts Union X.

And even th♛en, the version of her used is the chibi one from World of Final Fantasy. Her power in Union X is derived from the Book of Prophecies, and maybe one day she'll be able to show her moves as a full-fledged NPC in Kingdom Hearts.
