From impressive desert ruins to pristine platforms high in the sky, Lemnis Gate's selection of 12 maps are incredibly fun to play in. 🔥However, while each and every map in Lemnis Gate has its moments, some of the maps are simply better than others.

12 Quarry

Lemnis Gate Maps wide shot of the map Quarry with platforms in the foreground leading to white box-shaped buildings in the distance surrounded by rocks

Quarry is one of the many Retrieve XM maps available in Lemnis Gate. Despite its more complex design, compared to the other maps in its mode, it is too visually simple to be ranked any higher. The basi😼c building blocks of Quarry do make up a solid foundation with impressive verticality and various platforms to jump between.

However, Quarry's basic visual design doesn't make it as fun to play in. Compared to some of the other more fantastical and alien landscapes, Quarry's rocky playground adorned with the same buildings we see scattered across the other maps is a little too simple.

11 Howler's Mire

Lemnis Gate Maps wide shot of the map Howler's Mire with trees and white box-shaped buildings in the distance and a white teleporter with a blue ball of energy in its centre in the foreground

Howler's Mire is a fun and dense map set in a forest. Its core game mode is Seek and Destroy, and for the most part, it works here. While it lacks the verticality found in other maps, its dense forests and rocky outcrops make Howler's Mire one of the more visually stunning maps.

Unfortunately, its more open-plan level design can make it harder for newer players to learn the ropes. Whereas the more linear maps allow for easier strategies, the openness of Howler's Mire means that players have to be more conscious of where they're placing their operatives and ensure they're pulling off 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:some of the more compl✨ex pro strategies.

10 Subterra

Lemnis Gate Maps wide shot of the map Subterra with a cloudy sky in the background and large sharp rock formations jutting out of the ground in the foreground

Subterra isn't dissimilar to Quarry in its visual design. On the surface, despite a rather stunning skybox, Subterra is merely a combination of white buildings and rocks jutting from a muddy surface. However, where it differs from Quarry is in the snaking tunnels that run underneath its slightly less impressive exterior.

Subterra's complexity makes it one of the more compelling maps, especially when considering its multiple layers. It can be extremely fun to explore and offers plenty of routes for the player to consider when concoctꦉing strategies.

9 Devil's Lair

Lemnis Gate Maps wide shot of the map Devil's Lair which is in a dark cave with stalactites hanging from the ceiling and white box-shaped buildings scattered across the ground

Devil's Lair is unique for being the only map set entirely underground. While plenty of other maps in Lemnis Gate offer the player underground routes they don't come close to Devil's Lair's cave-based map. It has a decent amount of verticality which makes it perfect for the Domination game mode, and enough close quarters spaces to allow for some engaging firefights.

Where Devil's Lair is lacking is in visual flair. While its cave-like appearance certainly affords it a murky and dark charm, it lacks the ambition and scale of some of Lemnis Gate's more impressive maps.

8 Caldera

Lemnis Gate Maps wide shot of the map Caldera with large stone pillars scattered across it covered by a thick layer of reddish sand and white box-shaped buildings in the background

Caldera is Lemnis Gate's one and only desert map and as a result feels wholly unique. While its sepia color palette may seem a little basic to some, there is a level of detail here that many of the other maps are lacking. Combined with a stunning sandbox and plenty of routes for the player to take, Caldera quickly becomes one of Lemnis Gate's more impressive maps.

Like many of the other maps, Caldera has its caveats. For one, it isn't the best map in its mode and it also lacks the level of verticality and intricate level design that some of the other maps have. Nevertheless, it is a fantastic map and a continued showcase of Lemnis Gate's impressive overall quality.

7 ও Iridium Plains

Lemnis Gate Maps a wide shot of the map Iridium Plains with white box-shaped buildings in the centre surrounded by neon-green pools and rocky outcrops

Iridium Plains is a diamond-shaped map that supports the Retrieve XM game mode. It is almost symmetrical, with two halves of the facility being separated by a wall with a jump-pad on either side. The placement of XM in Iridium Plains allows for some fun tactical gameplay as well as plenty of close-quarters combat.

Tight corridors and small rooms containing the requisite XM make smart plays with some of Lemnis Gate's more close-quarters weapons important. Utilizing abilities such as Vendetta's turrets or Toxin's traps will make traversing Iridium Plains a veritable bloodbath. While this type of gameplay isn't for everyone, it does make for one of the more tense experiences in Lemnis Gate.

6 🎃 ﷽ Tectonic Wells

Lemnis Gate Maps a wide shot of the map Tectonic Wells with white box-shaped buildings connected by steel bridges surrounded by large rocky cliff faces and floating rocks in the distance

Tectonic Wells isn't too dissimilar to Iridium Plains. They're both diamond-shaped maps with lots of open corridors and constricted rooms. Where Tectonic Wells excels, however, is in its central building and verticality. Its multiple layers allow for flanking and sneaking behind your opponent, and the building at the heart of the map ensures that players will get into intense ꧃close-quarters combat.

However, maneuvering around this map can be tricky, especially as a lot of its platforms hang over its bottom layer. Ensuring not to accidentally fall off while concentrating on avoiding an onslaught of bullets coming from all directions can be tricky, but certainly manageable𒉰.

5 The Arbor

Lemnis Gate Maps a wide overhead shot of the map The Arbor with a crimson red tree trunk on the right surrounded by large rocks and red grass leading to a stone staircase on the left

While plenty of the other maps in Lemnis Gate offer players stunning vistas of alien planets, The Arbor is by far the most fantastical. With its crimson red roots running throughout the map and its towering trees looming over frantically fighting players, The Arbor is not only visually stunning but perfectly in keeping with the game's core themes.

The Arbor's clearly defined two routes with its various offshoots make it a perfect map for playing Domination in. The four Particle Accelerators spread across the two paths make victory a difficult thing to achieve. Players who want to win will hav𒉰e to be bold and break away from the comfort of the points on their side to steal a bloody victory.

4 Solitude

Lemnis Gate Maps mid shot of the map Solitude with an industrial building in the centre covered in ice and surrounded by snow and rocks

Solitude is by far the best Seek and Destroy map purely based on its excellent level design. Its two linear pathways leading to either target ar🦩e separated by a wide-open building that leads out in both directions. This design allows for a lot of plays, both defensively and offensively, and offers attackers a genuine challenge.

Visually, Solitude is also excellent, being the only snow-based map in the game. The stri🅺king juxtaposition between the ice-covered exterior and rusted industrial interior of the central building make it a standout centerp🍌iece to an already stunning location.

3 Utopia

Lemnis Gate Maps a wide shot of the map Utopia with a dense jungle as a backdrop with white box-shaped buildings connected by steel platforms surrounding a large orange pillar in the centre

The juxtaposition between Utopia's name and its dense and dangerous jungle location makes it a truly impressive map. The striking, Avatar-esque jungle that towers ab♋ove the operators looms in the distance while in the center a series of hastily constructed buildings make up a multi-layered arena.

The square-shaped level design allows for expert players to pull off incredible attacks while leaving weaker players cowering in the corner. It is an impressively designed map teeming with potential and by far one of the best Deathmatch maps available.
