Vampires, werewolves, and eldritch-inspired Edrazi provide an interesting Victorian gothic source book that outlines one new background, the Inquisitor, and provides backstory on several enemy factions and their purposes and goals.

An optional sanity score system outlined in chapter nine of the Dungeon Master’s Guide is highly encouraged, with a physical corruption system to run alongside it that is detailed in this PDF. In the introduction to the writer James Wyatt describes the plane as “as close as Magic comes to the classic fantasy that D&D draws from.” This is reflected in this sparse-source-material PDF, as he encourages extensive use of the established Dungeons and Dragons class, raꦉce, and monster resources, more so than even in other Plane Shift source books.

While this source book offers great detail on several o🅠f the factions inside Dominaria, as well as offering great depth for creating player characters, NPCs, villains, factꦗion specific adventure hooks, and even a world map, it doesn't offer much else. You will have to create much of your own content if you choose to use Dominaria as your next campaign's setting.

The plane of Kaladesh is full of inౠventors and tinkers, but has a lack of mages. encourages the sparse use of bards, warlocks, and wizards, and outlines that both clerics and paladins aren’t really existent𒉰 on the plane. If you choose to run your campaign using this plane, either your players will need to know these limitations, or you can choose to ignore them.

It either outlines new stat blocks, or provides plenty of optional stat blocks for each enemy that can be found in the Monster Manual. There are plenty of adventure hooks and campaign ideas for you and your players that involve delving into ancient ruins, uncovering the mysteries behind the Eldrazi, and deไvising a plan to stop them before they leave Zendikar.

Unlike the ♚plane shift books, which are free to download and only 30-40 pages long on average, Strixhaven is a fully fleshed out setting and rule book with over 200 pages filled with defined adventures, new mechanics, backgrounds, items and monsters.

Strixhaven is set in a magical school made up of five colleges, each with its own specialty. Additionally, it introduces a new social system, encouraging your players to pursue extracurricular activities to gain an advantage in their fields of interest, which you can use to create some 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:awesome soci﷽al encounters in 𓆉your campaign. It contains a comprehensive guide to factions, with class and race leanings, ideals and bonds. Very similar to Dominaria, all in all, but running about twice as long. Also, like the Dominaria plane shift, Ixalan comes with a map, several interesting locations for your players to explore, as well as amply-sized bestiary and treasure tables.

It also dedicates a large section at the end of the source ꦗbook that details how to take Magic The Gathering♍’s five color mana wheel and apply it to Dungeons & Dragons. This allows you to make not only characters, but NPCs, allies, and villains that feel authentic to the Magic universe in a way other source books fell short of.

The Guildmasters’ Guide To Ravnica is a gre🌄at place for Dungeons and Dragons players to dive into one of Magic’s more i꧑ntrigue-filled planes. However, it may not be the best option for Magic players looking to hop into Dungeons and Dragons for the first time.
